The large windows overlook the private swimming pool and spa.  The pool area is surrounded by mature landscaping to give you the sense you are in your own haven, but the exposure allows for sun and shade throughout the day. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

The 1st level has three bedrooms: one with 2 twins and two bedrooms with king beds.  All bedrooms have private baths.  The laundry room and great room are also on the first level.

The 2nd level has a loft/den with TV, game table and three bedrooms:  One bedroom with 2 twins and one with 2 doubles share a bath, and the third bedroom with a king bed has it's own bath.

The beach is just steps away from this wonderful vacation home.  11 Piping Plover is just a bike ride away from South Beach Marina Village with shopping, restaurants and boating activities.  Enjoy other Sea Pines amenities and attractions like the Harbour Town Marina, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Lawton Stables, golf, tennis and miles of leisure and bike trails.
