2nd row walkway beach home has been planned, designed and
furnished with thoughtful attention to features important
to vacationing guests. Enjoy two living spaces - the large
living room with 51" flat-panel TV with surround sound
and Blu-Ray DVD, bar area with beverage center and icemaker.
Second living area is upstairs with 37" flat-panel
TV and also has surround sound and Blu-Ray DVD. The home
is also equipped with four-zone sound system with iPod docking
station. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite
counter tops and stainless steel appliances with gas cook
top, double ovens and 19” flat-panel TV. Just off of
the kitchen is a large deck perfect for outdoor dining and
relaxing and includes a gas grill. |

The private pool deck and swimming pool
feature a lap lane and cascading spa to provide the perfect
area for sunning and swimming. If you need a retreat
from the sun, there is a wonderful covered veranda with
outdoor beverage station, ceiling fans and half bath for
convenience. The swimming pool and spa can be heated for
an additional charge.
There are three bedrooms on the first
level. The master suite with king bed, 32” wall-mounted
flat panel TV, walk-in closet and large bath with walk-in
shower. Second Bedroom has a king bed, private bath, 32”
wall-mounted flat panel TV. The third bedroom has two
queens, private bath with tub/shower, 32” wall-mounted
flat panel TV.
There are three bedrooms on the second
level. Queen bedroom with private bath with shower/tub,
32” wall-mounted flat panel TV. The second has two
queens with a bath with private entry from bedroom and
second entry from the hallway, this room also has a 32”
wall-mounted flat panel TV. The third bedroom has two
trundles (sleep 4) and is perfect for children. This bedroom
shares the bath and uses the hall entry from the bedroom
with two queens.
The location on the beach path provides
easy access to Hilton Head's renowned beaches. This wonderful
Sea Pines location is accessible to all the of the amenities
and activities in Sea Pines where you can enjoy dining,
shopping and water sports.

11 Royal Tern was probably one of the nicest rental
homes we have stayed in. It is a newer home situated
on a cul-de- sac...great for biking with small children.
It is also about a three minute walk to the beach-no
bikes necessary. The path went right by the house!
The pool was fantastic and stayed remarkably clean,
even through a rain storm. The cleaning crew could
have done a better job cleaning initially and were
actually there re-doing some things when we arrived.
Floors were not really clean. The house needs more
cooking pots, pans and utensils--I think because
the house is new, it's starting on bare bones necessities.
Our family (7 adults, 5 kids) like to cook most
nights. The main tv didn't work very well (hard
to change channels for some reason). All rooms had
nice flat screen tvs. Loved the speaker system which
went through kitchen/eating area, pool area, and
two rock speakers by the hot tub. The hot tub was
perfect for my five year old niece to swim in (not
hot until you heat it up) as the pool was a bit
deep in the shallow end for her. She had her own
little pool. It is a ten minute bike ride to the
Salty Dog via the bike path. The grounds are very
wooded and nicely landscaped. We felt it was very
private. Destination Vacation was very professional
and easy to work with. They did fix the cleaning
problem right away without a word from us (like
I said, the cleaning staff was already fixing it
when we walked in). Nice to know they have a built
in checks and balances. We all agreed we would stay
in this home again. Plenty of room for all of us.
