Upon entering the front door, the gorgeous wood flooring leads you to the spacious living room with high ceilings, walls of windows, fireplace, large flat screen TV and comfortable leather furniture. The living room features French doors that open to the rear deck overlooking the private pool (which can be heated for an additional charge) and spa (which is heated complimentary with your rental). Adjacent to the living room are the dining area and open kitchen featuring granite countertops and wainscoting.

There are 4 bedrooms on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. At the end of the hall is the master suite with King bed and large private bath. The second bedroom on this floor has 2 queen beds, TV and a full bath, and a third bedroom has a queen bed with full bath with French doors to the rear deck. The laundry area with washer and dryer are also on the first floor, along with an additional half bath and an intimate den/4th bedroom with TV, sleeper sofa and chairs.

The stairs to the second level are split into two areas. To the left is a bedroom with a king bed, full bath and TV. To the right are two bedrooms, the first being a large "kids" room that sleeps up to 6 people with 2 sets of bunk beds, TV, game table and chairs and full bath. Both bunk beds have a double mattress on the bottom and twin mattress on top. The other bedroom next door is a second master suite with king bed, TV and full bath with double vanity.

The swimming pool, spa and grilling area are located behind the house and offer plenty of room to sunbathe and relax, and the walk to the beach is short and pedestrian friendly.
