This wonderful family beach home is just 5th row from the ocean on the beachwalk. The two-story home has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths PLUS a bonus room with bunk beds. The inviting decor and prime location make this a perfect vacation retreat. Three Bedrooms are located on the second floor and two are located on the first floor. The layout provides a "master suite" on each level. Your family will definitely want to take advantage of the extensive bike trails located within Sea Pines. They will lead you to lots of fun locations. The South Beach Marina is a short distance by bike or car. The marina offers water sports for all ages, shopping and dining as well as entertainment. Dining outside and enjoying the water views is a real treat. If you bike the other direction the trails might lead you to Harbour Town.

Testimonials "Great place for family and friends" Guest: Money Date: June 22, 2011 Love this house and it's location. Convenient to beach, Salty Dog and to Harbor Town. Stayed here is 2010 also! The only negative is the louvered doors which don't offer a lot of privacy and sound buffer but the overall house positives far outweigh that! The upstairs air unit did not function all that well this trip but I'm sure that will be fixed since it was reported! Would definitely recommend to family and friends. We had 4 adults and 7 children from 7 to 15 and there was plenty of room! Nice pool too! The beach access is just a couple of minutes walk and the crowds were small.
