Whistling Swan is the oceanfront beach home you’ve
dreamed about with your own private pool with picture
postcard oceanfront views. This beach home makes an architectural
statement with contemporary interior with neutral colors
and clean lines that maximize the oceanfront views and
highlight the original artwork throughout. The two story
layout has two large living areas. The downstairs living
area has a big-screen TV with DVD and VCR as well as a
wet bar and game table. The upstairs living room has large
windows and multiple seating areas with two TVs. Additional
amenities and features include a gourmet kitchen with
granite counter tops, screened-in porch, high-speed internet
access, TVs in each bedroom and observation deck that
allows you to see miles of Atlantic coastline.

We loved everything about 13 Whistling Swan. The
view was breathtaking, the house was immaculate,
the rooms were spacious and beautiful, the kitchen
was perfectly stocked, the pool and hot tub were
just right, and the parking was perfect. We'd
all love to stay there again!! I can't imagine
that we could find any place more lovely for our

This was an experience that we will never forget.
Our trip was with two other families to make a total
of four baby boys! The house was perfect for us
and we all had an amazing week. Being on the beach
made the week very easy and fun. We hope to make
this a yearly tradition.

Our recent visit was the third time we have stayed
at 13 Whistling Swan. We love being right at the
beach. It is so easy to get to the beach for a sunrise
walk or later in the day to get in the water or
sit in a beach chair and watch the waves.
We especially enjoy
the second floor deck and the higher level observation
area or "crow's nest" in the mornings
and evenings. Previous visits were in 2006 and 2009.
We have seen over the years that this beautiful
and comfortable house is well maintained, with noticeable
updates each time we are there. The artwork throughout
the house is interesting and the modern style is
a nice change for us.
We look forward to
going back.
The only slight inconvenience
is that the fourth bedroom was changed from a twin
bedroom to a queen since our last visit. I did like
it when one bedroom had twin beds available.
