a perfect retreat from the sun and great for dining or
take a dip in the 31 X 19 swimming pool with waterfall
feature and outdoor spa. Pool deck is fully equipped with
gas grill and patio furniture. The kitchen and baths are
renovated with granite counters and updated features.
The one level floor plan has great flow, charming touches
including floor to ceiling windows, tray ceilings and
large rooms.

16 Canvasback was a perfect spot to stay at Hilton
Head. It is the first road in to Sea Pines, which
allows you to be very secluded yet 1.5 from Coligny
Square. It shares a private path to the beach which
is probably 200 yds. Between the 2 families that
shared the home, we have 5 children ranging 13 months
to 6 years. We carried a ton of stuff to the beach
and it wasn't a bad walk for anyone. The pool is
absolutely amazing. It's large and has plenty of
sun and shade. Excellent glassed in room to relax
at night. 3rd bedroom can sleep 4 so it's great
to put all the kids in there. I would definitely
stay here again.
