This is a very nice unit facing the pool area in
a beautiful area (SeaPines) of Hilton Head Island.

Beachside Tennis in Sea Pines is by far the best
place to vacation for our family. The condo units
on the first floor provide our children (one with
special needs) easy access to come and go while
we have fun in the pool or on the beach. Everything
is close at hand, so you never have to get in your
car to go anywhere should you so choose. It's truly
a vacation.

The unit was great--we hadn't stayed on the first
floor before but enjoyed the access to the pool
as we had a very warm (80's and humid) week so there
were plenty of chances to enjoy the water.
The management company
Destination Vacations is very responsive to all
questions and requests which has not been our experience
with other companies. We needed a new coffee pot
because the other was leaking. This was delivered
the same day and a couple of small maintenance items
were handled immediately by the staff who came to
the unit. We rented another unit on the second floor
in March 2010 for a month and had the same experience
with the management company.
The entire staff
is well informed, knows the units and the policies
and gives you a knowledgeable response without having
to spend a lot of time trading phone calls while
they check with someone else.
Being a homeonwner
myself I know the many things that come up and it's
nice to have someone else attend to everything in
a timely and efficient manner. Thank you.
