The wonderful location on the first floor makes access to
the beach and private pool for Beachside Tennis guests just
steps away. The bright and cheerful décor matched
with the views overlooking the Calibogue Sound and Atlantic
Ocean make it a perfect retreat. The kitchen has stainless

Beach Marina Village is only a short walk away with wonderful

The place was obviously professionally decorated
and extremely comfortable. Very clean, the
appliances were like new. It was wonderful
having the sliding glass doors right off the
bedroom and the view was everything we could
of wished for. What I liked best was the easy
access to beach and pool. Laundry room right
inside the living area, very spacious living
quarters. The pool was extremely clean and
huge! The outside of the villa was maintained
extremely well, including the grills that
were cleaned daily. Absolutely loved it! Also
a lot of privacy and peace and quiet! Made
the 13 hour trip down there worth it all.

location. It is truly a comfortable and conveniently

We were so excited to find this 1 bedroom condo
in Beachside Tennis, which allowed us to save
considerably on the 2 bedroom rate. For a small
family, the 2 queen beds and pull-out couch were
perfect. The kitchen and living room were spacious
enough to entertain friends. We enjoyed the 1st
floor direct access to the pool. The 2 bar-height
chairs on the patio were the perfect place to
enjoy the great view of the ocean for dolphin
spotting. We liked it so much we reserved it again
for next year.
