amenities like the courtyard enclosed private swimming pool,
screened porch and two living areas. The private master
suite overlooks the pool with the other two bedrooms on
the third level along with a loft area with trundle bed.
The location is just a short walk to the beach and an easy
bike ride to almost of Sea Pines attractions and amenities.
Water sports abound in Sea Pines either at the South Beach
Marina or Harbor Town Marina. You can charter a boat for
a deep sea fishing trip or take the family out on the water
to see dolphins. Both of the marinas located within Sea
Pines offer shopping and dining and entertainment in the
evenings during season. While biking in Sea Pines, you might
spot turtles sunning on the bank of a lagoon or an alligator
floating by.

We loved the house, furnishings and layout. Everything
was extremely comfortable. We've stayed in Sea Pines
before so the proximity to the beach and Harbortown
were very important to us. My sister in law and
