2 Greenwing Teal is a gorgeous, like new 4th row Sea Pines
beach home with high end appointments throughout. From
the moment you enter the driveway and see the brick stairs
leading up to the wrap around porch, you know you are
in for Southern comfort at its finest. This beautiful
home has 5 bedrooms with full baths and a 6th bedroom
with sleeper sofa and a half bath. The home sleeps up
to 16 guests and the layout is designed for gathering,
from the large, gourmet kitchen, to the adjacent living
and dining areas, to the large bedrooms, screened-in porch
or private pool area.

| Upon
entering 2 Greenwing Teal, you will notice beautiful hardwood
floors and the dining room on your right. The dining table
seats up to 8 guests and is adjacent to a formal living
area with designer furniture. The 6th bedroom with sleeper
sofa, work desk and TV/DVD is left of the front entrance,
and the master bedroom and gourmet kitchen will be in front
of you. The kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances,
custom cabinetry, granite countertops, wine cooler and stand
alone ice maker. The kitchen has an extended counter with
4 bar stools and opens to a casual living room with comfortable
furniture, see-thru fireplace and mounted HDTV. Adjacent
to the kitchen and casual living room is an exterior patio
with the gas grill, and there is also a full bath around
the corner that offers convenience for guests at the pool.
On
the backside of the casual living area with see-thru fireplace
is the large screened-in porch. This will be one of your
favorite places in the entire house with it's wood floors,
comfortable furniture (sofa and 2 chairs), ceiling fan
and TV mounted above the fireplace. The screened-in porch
overlooks the fenced-in pool area and can be enjoyed year
round!
The
master suite on the main level has a king bed, sofa, chaise
lounge and work desk. The master bath is equally impressive
with granite garden tub, Travertine tile floors, separate
shower and double sink. The master bedroom also provides
access to a private balcony that leads to the pool. Moving
upstairs, the second master suite is located on the first
landing. This bedroom is also extremely large with a true
large-screen TV, sitting areas, and large master bath.
Up the stairs to 3rd floor you will find the final 3 bedrooms,
full laundry room and open office area with desk and built-in
bookshelves. The first bedroom on the 3rd floor has a
king bed with shower only and walk in closet. The next
bedroom has 2 twins, bunk beds, TV and private bath with
travertine floors, granite counters and shower only, and
the final bedroom has 2 queens, TV and a private bath
with granite counters and tub/shower combo.
The
private pool at 2 Greenwing Teal is one you will never
forget. The pool deck is made of tile/slate and offers
a gradual slope into the pool for easy entering and exit.
Pool furniture is made of wood and complimented by upholstered
padding, and the table with umbrella and chairs provides
the perfect arrangement for snacks, lunches or candlelight
dinners. The kidney shaped pool can be heated for an additional
fee and the adjoining Spa is heated full-time as part
of your rental.
Guests are allowed to use the garage at this home to store
bikes, golf clubs and personal items.

Destination vacation was professional from start
to finish. From the time we first inquired about
their properties til we returned the keys it was
outstanding. Gail was our primary contact but on
occasion we spoke with others and everyone was great.
The house was beautiful...the furnishings, linens,
cleanliness and on and on were over and above our
expectations. The location was nice...not a busy
street. The walk to the ocean was short and scenic.
The best part was spending time with my son, daughter-in-law
and granddaughter. The worst part was having to
leave.
