spectacular new Sea Pines home is just yards from the beach
walk and is situated on a beautiful lagoon setting. The
large private pool and spa overlook a scenic lagoon, as
do the great room, the screened porch, and all of the bedrooms
- in fact every room has a beautiful water view. The screened
porch has a flat screen TV, outdoor kitchen and fireplace.
The spacious 2 story design has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, plus
an outdoor pool bath. The first floor has a large Great
Room, gourmet kitchen, dining area, and spacious master
suite, all open to the pool and/or screened porch. Upstairs,
there are 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed, private bath,
and walk-in closet. The 5th bedroom is a children's room
with 4 XL twin beds built into the dormers, wall mounted
big screen TV, game area, bath and walk-in closet. |

This is a great place to stay especially with children
and grandchildren. The house and property were so
nice and offered more than we ever dreamed. Each
room with a king bed was nice and the room for the
children was very nice in that they could spread
out and toys would not be everywhere. We will definitely
rent this again. Location was close enough to the
beach for even the little ones and everyone could
ride bikes and be close. Fishing was nice too. We
liked the gas grill and the enclosed porch too -
nice touch. Hot tub is always a plus.

We had a seamless time finding this gorgeous house
on Destination Vacation's website. All the photos
and descriptions were spot on! There were 8 of us,
two families, who shared this house over a long
weekend. Each room was tastefully decorated and
the bathrooms, especially the showers, were spa-like.
The pool area was soothing and relaxing after a
hard day of leisure. We even enjoyed cooking in
the kitchen which was completely fitted with every
cooking tool and pan imaginable.
The
beach was a very short walk away from the house.
Our in-laws were staying on the beach and our
house was literally a closer walk to the water
than theirs! Wonderful to be so close to South
Beach that we could walk or bike it very easily.
All of our clan agreed that we would definitely
stay in this beautiful well thought out home again.

Excellent location, home in wonderful condition,
all amenities very satisfactory. Screened in porch
with grill, very pleasant. Maybe one of the bedrooms
could have twin or double beds. Plan to get together
at this same home next year. |
