spacious layout has three living areas – family room,
living room and loft; two master bedrooms, eat-in kitchen
and formal dining room all on two stories. The first level
has the main living room, family room, kitchen, dining
room, screened porch, master bedroom with king bed and
twin bedroom both with private baths. The second story
has the loft living area and television, second master
suite and one bedroom with two twin beds.

The home is so spacious that if you want some
time to yourself, you can definitely do that.
But the family room off the kitchen provided a
wonderful gathering spot for games and socializing.
The kitchen was well equipped and you could not
beat the view of the pool and golf course from
several of the rooms. The location was convenient
for the tennis that we scheduled. We had 10 ladies
in the house and all were quite comfortable with
a bath in each bedroom.

We were all very pleased with this house. It was
ready early and everything was in order. It was
very nicely decorated and beach oriented. We did
not have to touch the thermostat as the temperature
was very comfortable as they left it. There were
10 people and everyone had their own space plus
room throughout the house for all 10. The pool was
a plus and was kept clean by maintenance. All in
all it was extremely comfortable.

What a great home! Close to beach (our 2 year old
twins walked without any problem), spacious, beautiful
updated bathrooms and kitchen. The pool was large,
private, and had a waterfall that the kids loved.
Great golf course view. We hope we can stay here
again next year.
