This duplex home has a sun deck and screened in porch perfect for outdoor dining and both with the water view over Braddock Cove. Vacationers love the South Beach Marina because of all of the water sports that are offered as well as outdoor and indoor dining and great shopping in the local boutiques. For a change of scenery, your family can hop on a bike and ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or Harbour Town.
