We had dinner on the beautiful deck every evening (which is shaded at that time). Screened porch was comfortable even in the middle of a 93 degree afternoon. Quiet, private and lovely. All beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, bathrooms were spacious and each bedroom has an attached bath except the one with the twin beds has a hall bath. The only negative was that, while the furnishings were very high quality and beautiful, the overall effect was fussier than I would like in a beach house. We had to remove quite a few decorative items from the kitchen counter and table just to be able to use them - luckily there were large closets available so it was easy to put them away for the week.
