The downstairs living area also has a second kitchen perfect for preparing poolside meals. 53 Dune Lane is convenient to Coligny Plaza with shops, restaurants and activities as well as miles of sugar-sand beaches and paths perfect for biking. North Forest Beach provides a family friendly atmosphere and the cottage is close enough to Coligny Plaza to ride your bikes and pick up groceries, shop or get a bite to eat. We never feel a need to leave. This cottage provides enough private space for both sets of parents and our children. We love that we have our own private bathrooms and there are two dens and kitchens. My kids love the pool and there is enough shade to get out of the sun if you choose to. We keep a puzzle going on the table in the sun room while others enjoy cards at the game table. Lots of fun with a homey feel keeps us coming back.
