beautifully landscaped pool area and multiple graciously
furnished decks perfect for relaxing, sunning or dining.
You’ll float away for hours in the large private pool
complete with outdoor spa and waterfall feature. The pool

downstairs bedrooms include a master suite with King bed,
a guest bedroom with Queen and Twin beds and a third bedroom
with a Queen bed. The second floor has a second master
suite with King bed and a loft living area that provides
a second retreat for watching TV or playing games as well
as a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.
The large living room is the focal point of the interior
with 14’ ceilings, ceiling to floor windows, hardwood
floors, big-screen TV and cozy gas fireplace that can
be used by Fall and Winter guests at no additional cost.
The living room opens to the formal dining area, and there
is an additional breakfast table for casual dining in
the adjacent kitchen.
The
prime location in Palmetto Dunes gives guests access to
miles of the finest stretch of beach on the Island, 11-mile
lagoon system that can be navigated by canoe or kayak,
championship golf courses and world-class tennis center.
In addition, miles of bike paths and leisure trails are
just steps away and lead to activities, restaurants, Shelter
Cove Marina and shopping.

The house was perfect for our girlfriend vacation.
Great location. You couldn't be any closer to the
beach unless you were on the beach. Pool area is
spacious and nicely landscaped. Perfect weather
also.
