eat-in area with balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

covered veranda and with beautifully landscaped grounds
and privacy wall creating your own private beach house haven.
The ideal location in Sea Pines Resort is very close walking
distance to the beach just third row from the ocean and
conveniently located on the beach walk that allows for easy
access to the miles of sugar-sand beaches of Hilton Head.
The location is also an easy bike ride to the South Beach
Marina Village where you can enjoy dining, shopping and
boating activities. This beach house is also convenient
to all of the activities and amenities in Sea Pines like
three championship golf courses, two world-class tennis
centers, endless bike paths, riding stables, Harbour Town,
South Beach Marina Village and the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. |

This is a gorgeous, immaculate, beautifully appointed,
gracious home. It is top quality throughout and
decorated in a pleasing palette. Plenty of nooks
and corners for everyone to find a little private
space when desired. Perfect location just a couple
of houses from beautiful South beach, next to a
seldom trod path. Easy biking to South Beach Marina
or Harbourtown. Both shade and sun at the pool.
The outdoor kitchen was fun to have and used often.
We spent most of our indoor time upstairs near the
kitchen but it was great to have the big screen
TV downstairs for game day while the little ones
watched Disney upstairs. Also great to have a powder
room that opened directly to the pool area. The
house is so well built as to be almost sound proof
which is so nice when some people want to nap or
stay up late or are up early; something you rarely
think about but a real bonus. We've been coming
to Sea Pines for 36 years and this was the most
beautiful place we've stayed and coming off season
is the absolute best if you can swing it.
