This 7 bedroom vacation home is the perfect blend of luxury

(on the beach path) and offers exceptional amenities, such

The 1st floor of this home features a master bedroom, gourmet
kitchen that opens to a large living room with 65”
TV and dining area adjacent to the living room with views
of the private pool. A separate den with 60” mounted

full bath. The mid level is halfway up the staircase and
has a bedroom with queen bed and a full bath. The top
level features a second master suite with wet bar and
expansive master bath, two bedrooms each with 2 double
beds and full baths, and King bedroom that shares a private
hallway and full bath with a Queen bedroom.
Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine
beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live
petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town
Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully
operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with
water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment.

Our family travels many times a year and this
home was by far, one of the best properties we
have ever rented. The decor of the home was both
elegant and functional featuring oversized furniture,
large tvs and luxe linens. The layout of the home
allowed multiple families with multiple children
to all enjoy privacy while still providing plenty
of shared space for group activities and dining.
The
heated pool and jacuzzi kept the kids busy,
even on a rainy day and the massive tvs provided
entertainment for the dads. As a mother, my
favorite feature was the location which provided
a quick walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive
to Harbor Towne.
We
will definitely return to this home for another
family vacation with friends and possibly for
a couples weekend as the home would be perfect
for a large group of friends.

We rented this house for a entire family get away.
There were 15 people that stayed ranging from
age 5 - 75. We had the best time. House meet everyone's
needs and the pool and hot tub were great. We
are planning on making this a yearly get away
for our Family.

This beautiful home was more that we had anticipated.
First of all it was a pleasure dealing with the
management company. They made the entire process
very easy and informative. Our first "joint"
family vacation was a hit because of the incredible
space we had in this upscale home. The two living
areas were perfect to entertain kids, grandkids
and the adults, without being on top of each other.
The gourmet kitchen with huge island was perfect
to cook for all 13 of us and one night we had
17. The pool and location to the ocean couldn't
have been more perfect. The best part was the
layout of the home. The location of the 7 bedrooms
worked out so well with our blended family. We
will definitely make this a "regular"
spot for our future Hilton Head vacations.
