Beth Weisner

Beth has been an Island resident since 1983 and began her career in vacation property management more than 15 years ago, when she was hired by a well established family-owned rental company. There she learned every facet of this business. As the company grew and became corporate based, she set her focus on marketing, information technology and operations. Today she brings Destination Vacation this vast knowledge and experience, along with a sincere passion to provide exceptional service to both our rental guests and homeowners.

Cindy Goodridge

Cindy brings over 20 years of local vacation property management experience to the team. Working in a small family-run rental business and seeing that become a large company has given her perspective from both sides of this fast-paced, ever-changing industry. Cindy understands that this business is all about relationships and personal service for homeowners, guests and Island realtors. For many years Cindy has been able to assist new homeowners and long-time owners make the best choices in order to maximize both rental income, and the enjoyment of guests.

Gail Edmonds

Long-time Hilton Head Island visitors and property owners ask for Gail Edmonds by name - her endearing customer service with both rental guests and property owners is renowned. Gail most recently served as a property manager with ResortQuest, overseeing 100 vacation homes and villas and was Reservations Manager prior to that. She is a master at matching the perfect home or villa to each guests needs. Her extensive experience and 25 years as an Island resident make her a tremendous asset to Destination Vacation Hilton Head.

Deborah Alberty

Deborah Alberty with 21 years experience wins the award for years of service in vacation home and villa rentals. Her most recent position held was Director of Maintenance, but her skills are unlimited and allow her to do anything and everything associated with the industry. Deborah’s troubleshooting skills are remarkable! She has an uncanny way of resolving any issue that comes her way. Deborah also serves as the Broker-In-Charge for Destination Vacation Hilton Head.

Lori Romolo Lori Romolo brings nearly 20 years of experience to Destination Vacation along with the leadership skills and well-rounded knowledge of the many facets of property management and vacation rentals. Lori is recognized as an industry leader after serving many successful years as the General Manager of Worthy Rentals/ResortQuest. Her undying passion for Hilton Head Island and dedication to guests and owners is simply extraordinary.
