Beautifully renovated from floor to ceiling, 13 Sandhill Crane is the perfect home for your next vacation! The home has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, and accommodates up to 10 guests. Special features include hardwood floors throughout the living room and dining room, tile floors and granite countertops in the open and airy kitchen, tile floors and granite counters in the bathrooms and carpeted floors in the bedrooms. Bedding includes a King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Full/Double beds, and all bedrooms are furnished with flat screen TV's. Flat screen TVs are also in the living room and sitting room off the kitchen, and the home is equipped with free wireless internet for your mobile devices.

The screened porch on the backside of the home is the perfect retreat from the sun and great for dining outdoors, and the pool and pool deck will offer hours of enjoyment whether you are swimming, sunbathing, lounging or grilling on the gas grill. Trees have been cleared above the home and pool, so direct sunlight is abundant on this pool deck. Please be advised the pool cannot be heated at this property.

Enjoy the Sea Pines beach located just 4th row from the ocean on the walkway. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We absolutely love 13 Sandhill Crane, located in Sea Pines Plantation. We have stayed in this home three times. Destination Vacation is by far the best rental company that we have used to find rentals. They are very professional in every way....from the reservation process, and the amenities, to the cleanliness of the properties. We have never been in any properties as clean as Destination Vacation properties. Seapines has so much to offer as a gated community....the South Beach Marina area and the Salty Dog Cafe'; Harbor Town for shopping and dining; the Lawton Stables for riding, and pony rides for the kids. Coligny Plaza, with great food options and shopping are a five minute drive from the Sea Pines gate. The beaches are beautiful! Everything you need for your home away from home is available either in this area, or not too far away....Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Wal*Mart, Kroger. Hilton Head Island is a golfer's dream, with many courses available. We love HHI, and come every year....sometimes twice a year. We will always use Destination Vacation as our rental company, assured that we will have an inviting, spotless home to greet us.

We stayed at 13 Sandhill Crane in Sea Pines for the second time, and loved it. Absolutely beautiful, and Destination Vacation does a wonderful job of maintaining the property. It is so clean. We love the short walk to the beach, the close proximity to Coligny, Harbor Town, groceries, and wonderful restaurants. We hope to return soon.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The pool and easy walk to the ocean were also huge pluses for this stay. We enjoyed riding our bikes on the paths and the beach and look forward to returning next year. The screened porch was a nice extra and I can’t say enough positives about our stay!!!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. the accommodations are perfect for our family and our needs. The home was clean and well maintained. Both years we have had to call the destination vacation office for minor issues with the home --- the grill was not working correctly last year and this year we saw a few bugs. In both cases we had service within hours of our call to the office. We are very happy and will likely book the same property for next year. thanks Destination Vacation team!!

Our fav house at HHI! 3BR, 1 level, pool just steps out the back glass wall of the house, tasteful decor, 4 houses down beach path! This place is a winner!

13 Sandhill Crane was in the best condition ever! The house was beyond clean you could tell the owners had taken extra care of the home before summer rentals started. Love the new living room furniture. Landscaping and pool maintence was excellent. What a nice home in a prime location. Last, Sea Pines had done an unbelivable job cleaning up from the huricane we could not even tell there had been storm damage. Best service as always special thanks to Gail. See you next year!
