We recommend the Cross Island Expressway (toll) to get to the Sea Pines Traffic Circle. At Sea Pines Traffic Circle, take the Pope Ave Exit for .7 mile to Cordillo Prkwy (traffic light). Turn right on Cordillo Parkway and continue for approx. 1.4 miles to the stop sign. Take right on N. Sea Pines Drive. After entering Guard Gate, continue approx. 0.9 mile and turn left on Spotted Sandpiper. #10 is on the right.

Welcome to 10 Spotted Sandpiper in Sea Pines! This luxury 3rd Row oceanside home features an open and updated kitchen, beautifully chosen colors throughout, impressive bedrooms, updated bathrooms, gas grill, covered and uncovered patio areas and private swimming pool with spa. A dedicated beach path leads to Hilton Head's expansive beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, and the central location makes it easy to enjoy all of the amenities and activities in Sea Pines.
The multi-level layout includes two private bedroom suites with king beds, three bedrooms with queen beds, a 6th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a common area media room with a queen posture-pedic sleeper sofa.
One master suite is located a few stairs up from the main level and features a King Bed, desk with chair upgraded bath with impressive clawfoot bathtub, separate sinks, walk-in shower and large closet. This bedroom also offers an access door to the pool and patio areas.
The other 5 bedrooms are located up the stairs on the true 2nd level of the home. A master suite features a King bed, clawfoot bathtub, separate sinks and large walk-in shower with glass wall. A queen suite features a unique "rope" bed and private bath with shower/tub combination. Two queen bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bath with shower/tub combination, and a final guest bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds (twin/twin mattresses) and a private bath with shower/tub combination. Located in the heart of the 2nd level is a common area media room with flat screen TV, beverage cooler and comfortable furniture. The couch is also a sleeper sofa with queen size posture-pedic mattress.
The main floor living areas of 10 Spotted Sandpiper include an open great room with stunning wood-beamed ceiling, two sofas, flat screen TV and bar stools that settle up to the granite kitchen island. The updated kitchen features high end Wolf appliances, including gas range and double ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator, 2 dishwashers and gorgeous counter tops. The dining table seats up to 10 guests and there are spare chairs and 3 bar counter chairs for additional seating. A large laundry room exists on this level with sink and extra counterspace, and a powder room is conveniently located for guests in the common areas. The garage features a full size pool bath and spare washer/dryer, and it is available for bicycle, golf club and beach gear storage.
The private swimming pool with spa and paver pool deck provides countless hours of recreation and relaxation for guests of all ages. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor living area is a fully furnished covered patio with dining table/chairs and a separate sitting area with 4 additional chairs. The covered patio features a built-in gas grill and refrigerator. The home is outfitted with cable and Roku enabled flat screen TVs, and wireless internet is available at no cost to guests. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplace and fire pit are non-functioning at this home.
The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the new Sea Pines Beach Club. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
