We recommend the Cross Island Expressway (toll) to get to the Sea Pines Traffic Circle. At Sea Pines Traffic Circle, take the Greenwood Dr Exit. continue approx. 2.8 miles to the Fraser Traffic Circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on S. Greenwood Dr. for approx. 1.2 miles. to stop sign. Take right on S. Sea Pines Dr. continue approx. 1.5 miles. Beachside Tennis is on the left just past the South Beach Marina Village. 1827 is in the building on the left.

This beachfront villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths two balconies to enjoy outdoor dining or the ocean breezes. One bedroom features a king bed and a full bed, and the other bedroom features 2 queen beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, so this property offers bedding for almost any scenario needed by one or two families needing to sleep up to 6 guests.
Guests of 1827 Beachside Tennis can enjoy one free hour of tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club. This South Beach location in Sea Pines offers beautiful beachfront views, easy beach access and a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village. Bask in the sun on the beach or the private complex swimming pool or enjoy the many activities like kayaking, shopping, dining and fishing. This property offers free tennis across the street at the South Beach Racquet Club, and the complex swimming pool features a grilling area with multiple grills for guest use. Due to Covid-19, an attendant will be on duty at the pool and maximum capacity will be 40 guests inside the pool area gates.
Beachside Tennis is located where the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound meet. It’s location is a favorite with Hilton Head Island visitors. Inside gates of Sea Pines, guests also enjoy all that this wonderful resort has to offer from miles of bike trails to championship golf and world-class tennis not mention two marinas and a forest preserve.
