We recommend the Cross Island Expressway (toll) to get to the Sea Pines Traffic Circle. At Sea Pines Traffic Circle, take the Greenwood Dr Exit. Continue approx. 2.8 miles to the Fraser Traffic Circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on S. Greenwood Dr. for approx. 1.2 miles. to stop sign. Take right on S. Sea Pines Dr. continue approx. 1.5 miles. Beachside Tennis is on the left just past the South Beach Marina Village.

1858 Beachside Tennis is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath has spectacular views of the pool, beach and sound. The newly designed kitchen is open and large with a center island, gorgeous countertops and cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen flows nicely to the dining table with seating for 6 guests and the living room with sofa, loveseat, flat screen TV, stunning water views and balcony access. The living room sofa is a sleeper sofa and one of the kitchen cabinets includes full size washer and dryer that are stacked. Cable TV and wireless internet are provided for guest use.
The King bedroom features a wall-mounted TV, closet, water view and access to the main balcony. The full bathroom outside the king bedroom features a double vanity and renovated walk-in shower with glass door and bench. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with TV, closet, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combination.
Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex. Due to Covid-19, an attendant will be on duty at the pool and maximum capacity will be 40 guests inside the pool area gates.
Guests of 1858 Beachside Tennis can enjoy one free hour of tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club. South Beach in Sea Pines is one of the most sought-after areas on the Island. Surrounded by water, there is beauty at every turn.
