Cross the bridges to Hilton Head Island and continue for approximately 1 mile then merge right onto William Hilton Parkway US 278 Business Route for approx. 6.3 miles. Turn left at the traffic light at the Palmetto Dunes entrance on Queens Folly Rd continue .9 mile and enter roundabout. Proceed to the North Security Gate onto Mooring Buoy turn right on Armada. Go to end of street and turn left at the "T," and #9 will be at end on left.

The kitchen is straight out of Architectural Digest with granite counters, two sinks, two dishwashers, warming drawer, wine cooler and bar seating. The kitchen opens to the dining area and great room with beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, mounted HDTV with surround sound and impressive architectural features. Adjacent to the great room is a half bath. Four French doors lead from the great room to the furnished covered outdoor living area with the pool and spa providing the perfect backdrop.
The media room on the main floor features a mounted HDTV with surround sound and accesses the bar. The bar entrance is truly unique with a barrel vaulted walkway off the entry fully equipped with refrigerator, sink, icemaker and half bath. The adjacent sunroom is quaint and personal, perfect for quiet reading, game time or puzzles.
Several steps up from the great room are a row of 3 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, the second bedroom also has 2 queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 double beds, each with a twin pull-out trundle underneath. All three of these bedrooms have closets, flat screen TV’s and private saturnia marble baths.
The second floor features 3 stunning king master suites, each with a tray ceiling, expansive closet space and flat screen TV. Peaks of the ocean can be seen from the two master suites located on the front side of the house, and all three master suites have spa-like master baths finished in saturnia marble, large walk-in showers with rainshower feature and jet air bathtubs with relaxation for two.
Amenities at 9 Armada are plentiful and a highlight of the home is its spectacular outdoor living space. With furnished covered patio and grilling station, the setting is perfect for entertaining, dining, reading or relaxing. The 12" x 30" saltwater pool is chlorine-free and includes a spa, chaise lounges and deck chairs. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. Wireless internet is available at no cost to guests and garage use is allowed for all guests of this home. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplaces are non-functioning on covered patio and inside the home.
