We recommend the Cross Island Expressway (toll) to get to the Sea Pines Traffic Circle. At Sea Pines Traffic Circle, take the Greenwood Dr Exit. Continue approx. 2.8 miles to the Fraser Traffic Circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on S.Greenwood Dr. for approx. 1.2 miles to stop sign. Take right on S. Sea Pines Dr. continue approx. 0.2 mi and take slight left on South Beach Lane. Seaside Sparrow will be the 4th street on your left and #9 will be on the left.

Private pool, spa and path to the paved beachwalk provide added comforts for the perfect vacation, and views of the ocean can be seen from the 2nd floor.
The spacious living areas include upstairs and downstairs living rooms, formal dining room and separate bar area with stools. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances. Flat screen TVs are outfitted throughout the home, including both living rooms and all bedrooms, and wireless internet is also offered with your rental.
Bedrooms include the Master suite on the 2nd floor, Guest bedroom with King bed and Guest bedroom with Bunk (Twin over Double) and Twin bed on the mid-level landing, and 3 guest bedrooms on the 1st floor with King, King and Queen beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with upgraded floors, showers, vanities and walk-in closets.
The outdoor area with swimming pool and cascading spa provide the perfect area for entertaining with covered veranda, grilling station and outdoor fireplace. The private swimming pool and spa can be heated for an additional charge. The location to the Ocean provides easy access to the miles of gorgeous sandy beaches.
