Brand New Construction 2016! 1 Cartgate is constructed with acute attention to detail and the highest quality materials in every aspect of the home. The home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and bedding for up to 10 guests and includes a large screened porch, private pool, spa, garage access and a prime location in Palmetto Dunes Resort just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

The open floorplan includes the kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling and dining area within the same large room, and the kitchen features a large granite island, upgraded appliances and two coffee makers (regular and Keurig). Ceiling fans are found throughout the home and the bedrooms on this level include two king bedrooms and a “kids" bedroom with two twin beds and a single daybed. The master suite above the garage features a king bed with an oversized chair that opens to a twin bed. All of the bedrooms have TVs and en-suite full bathrooms. The master suite has a separate tub and shower, the kids bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and the two king bedrooms have walk-in showers.

The large screened porch has two ceiling fans, plush furniture and overlooks the pool and spa. This porch can be enjoyed year round and "bug free" as it welcomes waterfall sounds from the spa in this quiet neighborhood setting. The pool can be heated for additional fee, and the spa offers complementary heat with your rental.

1 Cartgate is located in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Palmetto Dunes is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, world-class tennis center, golf courses, and Shelter Cove Marina with shopping, restaurants, fishing charters and boat rentals.

From the start my communication with Gail at Destination Vacations has been great! The property we rented 1 Cartgate was lovely! We were all very pleased with it Just a few housekeeping suggestions...maybe provide a bibbed apron for the cook...one thy can be thrown in the wash! I’m also wondering why beach towels aren’t provided? When travelling from afar they are pretty bulky to pack.. One note... the toaster in our home has 4 slots but the 2 slots in the left only toast one side of the bread. Just some ideas... Thank you for you quick responses and easy booking..

The house was great! Everything in the house met our expectations. Mattresses were great, The kitchen was well equipped. The house was very clean. We had some issues with running out of hot water. My family really enjoyed the pool. Great location with many family activities nearby.

Loved working with Gail Edmonds! She was very professional and took awesome care of us! This was our first time renting a house and 1 Cartgate was exceptional! Beautiful, well equipped home! We are already missing this amazing beach home! We look forward to using Destination Vacations again soon!
