Beautifully updated in 2021, 10 Royal Tern is a spacious vacation home located in a premier 2nd Row location in Sea Pines, just one house away from an uncrowded beach on the Atlantic Ocean! With 8 bedrooms and 7 full baths, this home accommodates families of all sizes with bedding for up to 24 guests. This home features a private 18 x 32 pool with built-in spa, wireless internet, 2 wet bars, open kitchen, TVs in all common areas and bedrooms, double brick Savannah grill, and two outdoor shower stalls with changing areas. There is ample meal seating for large groups using the dining table and kitchen barstools.

Bedding: The top floor with kitchen, dining and main living room also features 3 bedrooms including a Master Suite with king bed and full bath with walk-in shower, Guest bedroom with king bed and Guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a Daybed/Trundle that share a full bath with walk-in shower in a nearby hallway. The is also another full bath with walk-in shower off the kitchen on this level.

The ground floor features 5 bedrooms, including a King suite with private bath, Guest bedroom with a king bed and a Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds that share a hall bath (shower/tub combination), Guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bath with walk-in shower, and a guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin/Twin mattresses). Guests in the bunk bedroom can use the hall bathroom behind the wet bar with sink, commode and walk-in shower.

Four seating/conversation areas: Three seating/conversation areas on the main floor provide ample space for large groups or families. The Living Room and Sun Room were designed adjacent to one another and can easily be combined to provide seating for a large group to watch a movie or sports on the mounted flat screen TV.

Game table/Wet Bar, Pool, Beach: The downstairs den provides another mounted TV, sleeper sofa, game/puzzle table and wet bar to make your stay fun for kids of all ages. Directly off the den is the patio with a pool (can be heated for additional fee), double Savannah brick grill (one side propane, one side charcoal), and outdoor seating. Leaving through the rear gate, guests can walk to the beach in about 90 seconds.

Gourmet Kitchen & Two Wet Bars: Many cooks can easily work together in the spacious, well equipped kitchen. Commercial grade appliances from Viking, Bosch, and KitchenAid, combined with cabinets well stocked with cooking equipment to support any cooks in your group. Double oven, double dishwashers, and a stove top grill in the kitchen are provided to handle large group meals. An oversized 48" sub-zero fridge in the kitchen handles your main food and beverages, a full-sized fridge in the laundry room handles any overflow for large groups, a counter size fridge in the lower level wet bar provides easy access to beverages from the pool area, and a wine fridge in the upstairs wet bar rounds out the refrigeration options.

This wonderful Sea Pines beach home is just a short walk to the water, sun and sand. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
