Located waterfront and directly across the street from the South Beach Marina and The Salty Dog, 1902 South Beach Club is a special three-bedroom vacation residence built for special seaside vacations.

Warm wood tones are perfectly complimented by colorful artwork throughout the villa creating a welcoming first impression that will last throughout your stay. The living room features gorgeous water views, large sectional couch, two leather recliners and wall mounted flat screen TV. The separate dining area features a large table with chairs, and there are 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is open and spacious with a full size refrigerator, beverage pull-out refrigerator, temperature controlled wine cooler, under counter ice maker, electric range, toaster, regular coffee maker and built-in microwave and oven.

The kitchen has access to the balcony with table and chairs. Warm sea breezes greet the balcony and you will enjoy seeing deer walk and stop to eat in your backyard, as well as dolphin swimming in the distance. Being on the first floor, 1902 South Beach Club offers a unique private staircase off the balcony which conveniently ushers you to the South Beach Club pool (for your use) and private beach access.

Enjoying a waterfront view, the spacious master suite houses a king-sized bed, chair and ottoman, separate sitting bench, walk-in closet, TV and balcony. Its private bathroom is spa-like with separate tub and glass-walled shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, twin bed, TV and full bath with walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a special multi-purpose room for adults and children. Featuring a leather sleeper sofa (queen), water views, TV and full bath with walk-in shower, this room can serve as a den, office, or youngster hangout, and it includes French doors that can be opened or closed and secured for privacy. It is one of the best rooms in the villa because it is so versatile.

A laundry room with full size stackable washer and dryer is located inside the villa and available for guest use, as well as free cable and internet. Fireplace is decorative, only. Owners of this villa spend extra weeks living in it each year and are very hands on with updates and repairs. In 2023, all windows and sliding glass doors will be replaced as part of ongoing efforts to keep the villa in top condition.

The South Beach Club buildings, landscape, private swimming pool and amenities are impeccably maintained, and Calibogue Sound can be enjoyed for recreation as a beach or boaters paradise or as a wildlife refuge with passing dolphins, sea birds, sanddollars and starfish. The wonderful South Beach location is just steps from miles of sugar-sand beaches, the shops, restaurants and boating activities at the South Beach Marina Village and endless bike paths. Being inside the gated community of Sea Pines gives you public access to three championship golf courses, Harbour Town Yacht Basin, two world-class tennis centers and 650-acre forest preserve. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

Great location, beautiful condo! Only suggestion would be update the TVs. Absolutely love this condo complex!
