2 Cottage Court is a beautiful and spacious home in Palmetto Dunes Resort where amenities abound with outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping.

Located within a scenic, ten-minute walk to the beach, 2 Cottage Court features five bedrooms, 4 baths, bedding for up to 14 guests, spacious living room, dining room, open kitchen and private swimming pool. The first floor of the home features a master suite with king bed, TV, walk-in closet and full bath with separate tub and shower. The other two bedrooms on the first floor include a king bedroom with TV and full bath with shower/tub combination and 2 twins bedroom with TV and full bath with shower/tub combination. The twins bathroom is accessible from within the bedroom or in the hall for use by guests in the living room and kitchen.

A staircase leads to a king bedroom suite with sleeper sofa, TV and full bath halfway to the second floor, and at the top of the stairs is the 5th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin over Full mattresses), sofa and TV. This bedroom does not have a private bath, so guests use the bathroom in the mid-level king bedroom or the hall bath on the 1st floor.

2 Cottage Court offers a private swimming pool (can be heated for an additional fee), gas grill, garage access (for storing beach gear, bikes and golf clubs), cable TV and wireless internet. There is also a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, sink and spare refrigerator.

Palmetto Dunes is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, world-class tennis center, golf courses, and Shelter Cove Marina with shopping, restaurants, fishing charters and boat rentals.
