2 Seaside Sparrow offers the very best in Southern vacation living. The home abounds in layers of texture, architectural details and fine materials like the wide-plank heart-of-pine floors and windows for abundant light. The thoughtfully designed outdoor area with private pool and outdoor spa is surrounded by a savannah brick privacy wall that is just the right height for the covered porch with rockers to enjoy the lagoon view. The covered porch also features a large dining table for leisurely al fresco meals.

This delightful beach home is just 4th Row from the ocean with a wonderful Sea Pines location that allows easy access to the miles of sugar-sand beaches, endless bike trails, world-class golf & tennis as well as South Beach Marina Village and Harbour Town.

The two-story layout has a large great room with open gourmet kitchen, eat-in area, plasma TV and French doors that open to the pool and covered porch. The large living room has a dramatic design and is open to the entry and dining room.

There is a spacious master suite with king bed on the first floor. The second floor features a second master suite with king bed and three guest bedrooms with a king, king, and 2 queens with a twin. The new bedroom over the garage (built in 2017) features a king bed, and all bedrooms throughout the home feature private in-suite bathrooms.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Our house was exceptional. It was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The grounds and pool area were well maintained. The layout of the house was great for a large family of various ages. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals or grill out. And, the house was located in a quiet area with easy access the beach, bike trails and activities. Many special memories were made in this great vacation home.

We rented 2 Seaside Sparrow for two weeks in April 2021. The first week we stayed with our friends the second week our children joined us. We had the most wonderful time. It felt just like home....16 of us enjoyed every minute of our time spent in Hilton Head. The home was spacious, clean and every amenity you could ever ask for was there for us to use. Everybody at Destination Vacations were kind and there to help. Already booked for next Easter!

In 2008 I was lucky enough to find Destination Vacation and Gail Edmonds. We have been dealing with you since then - I believe at least once a year. It has been nothing but a fantastic relationship! We have been through several hurricanes and a pandemic! We have had to leave our home mid-week, and always have been able to return and finish out our week at a later time. I would not rent from anyone else unless you were unable to help us - and that has happened, but you have always referred us to a very reputable agent who was able to help. We only go to Sea Pines! Whenever there has been an issue with a home, which that does happen, the response time time has been prompt. We have a group of 11 or 12 and a few of them have met Gail, but all seem to know Gail and Destination Vacation because I talk about her - all good! Our group ranges in age, now from 87 to 74 and most of us still play tennis. We have a great relationship with South Beach Tennis and Rachel. It is a pleasure to come to Sea Pines - such a special place. I know I only have mentioned Gail, but everyone I talk to at DV is very pleasant. THANK YOU!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home and we absolutely love it. It’s perfect for our family vacation and is located so close to the beach. We have been looking for a place that has a pool and is within walking distance to the beach and now we have found it. The home has everything we need. We plan on coming back every other year for as long as we can. Best family vacation ever.

We really had a great time at 2 Seaside Sparrow. The house is beautiful. The sleeping rooms were awesome. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have had in our 16 years of renting vacation homes. We didn’t use the living room. To add another enhancement, I would add a TV in the living room and convert the family room to a game room. Thank you.

The home was absolutely beautiful. Loved the location. Will absolutely be returning. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we couldn't have been more pleased.
