We are thrilled to welcome 20 Canvasback to Destination Vacation! Designed with the architecture of a Southern, plantation-style home with dual entry stairway, separate Guest House, lush landscaping and resort-style pool and outdoor area, 20 Canvasback is a beautiful vacation retreat located just inside the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines and just 4 rows from the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The main house features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The detached guest house contains a 5th bedroom, a pull out couch, and extra bathrooms. In total, the main house and guest house sleep up to 14 people.

The main house features a finely furnished interior with high end appointments and comfortable furnishings. The front door of the home leads to the main living area of the home with updated kitchen with stainless appliances and Keurig coffee maker, dining table for 8, living room and separate sitting area. The living room features two couches with mounted flat screen TV and the separate sitting area offers views of the pool and direct access to the pool deck with gas grill.

The master suite on the first floor features a king bed, flat screen TV and large en-suite bath with double vanity, walk-in closet and separate tub and shower. The master suite on the 2nd floor is identical with king bed, TV and private bath with double vanity, walk-in closet and separate tub and shower. The two guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor include a queen bedroom with TV, closet and private bath with walk-in shower, and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin/Twin), TV, closet, and private bath with walk-in shower. Wireless internet is also available throughout the home at no cost to guests.

The separate Guest House has its own entrance and includes a king bedroom with full bath and shower/tub combination on the 2nd floor and a full sleeper sofa in the first floor living room. Guests will enjoy a kitchen with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and regular coffee maker, half bath, laundry with stackable washer/dryer, sleeper sofa, pool table and TV. The Guest House also has an outdoor pool bath that is convenient to the pool deck.

The pool, spa and pool deck at Canvasback are the premier highlights of the home and the site of many memories to be made! The pool offers a shallow shelf for seating and the spa can be heated manually. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. There is a bar area with seating and a gas grill. Chaise lounges are provided for poolside relaxation, and there is are separate dining table and chairs, multiple umbrellas for shade and a poolside firepit. The beach is a short walk from the house, and when you return from the beach, an outdoor shower is provided near the garage for your convenience. The pool is surrounded by privacy landscaping, and the bar area, dining table and sitting areas provide the perfect setting for entertaining, dining, reading or relaxing.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
