The perfect blend of luxury and comfort, 9 Armada is a gorgeous 2nd row home directly on the beach path in Palmetto Dunes Resort. This spacious 6,800 sft home features 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half baths laid out with 3 master suites, gourmet kitchen with the finest appliances, media room, sunroom and relaxing saltwater pool/spa with fireplace and summer kitchen. The attention to detail, quality construction and first-class furnishings go hand-in-hand with the 2nd Row beach location on Hilton Head Island. This magnificent home sleeps up to 20 guests.

The kitchen is straight out of Architectural Digest with granite counters, two sinks, two dishwashers, warming drawer, wine cooler and bar seating. The kitchen opens to the dining area and great room with beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, mounted HDTV with surround sound and impressive architectural features. Adjacent to the great room is a half bath. Four French doors lead from the great room to the furnished covered outdoor living area with summer kitchen and fireplace with the pool and spa providing the perfect backdrop.

The media room on the main floor features a mounted HDTV with surround sound and accesses the bar. The bar entrance is truly unique with a barrel vaulted walkway off the entry fully equipped with refrigerator, sink, icemaker and half bath. The adjacent sunroom is quaint and personal, perfect for quiet reading, game time or puzzles.

Several steps up from the great room are a row of 3 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, the second bedroom also has 2 queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 double beds, each with a twin pull-out trundle underneath. All three of these bedrooms have closets, flat screen TV’s and private saturnia marble baths.

The second floor features 3 stunning king master suites, each with a tray ceiling, expansive closet space and flat screen TV. Peaks of the ocean can be seen from the two master suites located on the front side of the house, and all three master suites have spa-like master baths finished in saturnia marble, large walk-in showers with rainshower feature and jet air bathtubs with relaxation for two.

Amenities at 9 Armada are plentiful and a highlight of the home is its spectacular outdoor living space. With fully furnished covered and patio, fireplace and summer kitchen, the setting is perfect for entertaining, dining, reading or relaxing. The 12" x 30" saltwater pool is chlorine-free and includes a spa, chaise lounges and deck chairs. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. Wireless internet is available at no cost to guests and garage use is allowed for all guests of this home.

We have traveled to HH for vacation approximately 6 Times. 9 Armada was by far our best accommodation. Very well decorated and the cleanliness was unsurpassed. If I had a complaint and it is not actually a disparaging remark, the Internet Was lacking. We should have such problems. I’m guessing an island issue? We hope to visit 9 Armada again very soon!

The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved the decor and the outdoor areas. It was a truly spectacular house. Jennifer Baker was amazing to work with. She was incredibly attentive and went out of her way to make sure that our stay was fantastic. We look forward to next year! Thanks for everything!
