The picturesque setting and charming accommodations makes this South Beach duplex home a favorite with Hilton Head Island visitors. You will understand why when you see the Cape Cod style architecture, cedar shake roof, large screened porch complete with plenty of rockers and breathtaking beach and sound views.

The large layout can accommodate 12 people. In addition to the four bedrooms, there is also a private sleeper den with sofa bed and loft with built in head-to-head twins. The bedrooms are separated on two levels. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a king bed, private bath and beachfront view, second has two twins with private bath. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a king bed, private bath and beachfront view, the other with two double beds and private bath.

Lands End is a private, gated community with a swimming pool exclusively for Lands End owners and guests.

The location of 1 Lands End Way allows you to enjoy miles of sugar-sand beach or walk to shops, restaurants, boat tours and kayaking rentals at the South Beach Marina Village. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

The receptionist is very warm and caring. We have rented Lands End many times and really enjoy it. We also rented Lands End Road 5. Unfortunately we only were able to be there 3 nights. It was the first time and we were blown away by the view!

We have been patrons of Destination Vacation for over 10 years. During that time they have always provided excellent service and access to wonderful homes. Our grandchildren have fantastic memories of the annual family gathering on Lands End. Because of this history, I indicated that everything met my expectations - that's because they are always excellent in all aspects of a vacation stay. I can't recommend DV highly enough.

This was the first time we have stayed for 2 weeks at one time. So, after the first week when the kids were leaving, I called just to request that they droop off an extra set of bedding so I could change for the arrival of our friends for the 2nd week. When the cleaning people arrived and said they were doing a full house cleaning and changing all the beds and towels etc..., I was amazed. The cleaning people spent almost 3 hrs cleaning! That I thought was above the call of duty! During the week one of the AC units went out late on a Friday. Destination Vacation had someone out within the hour and the AC was back on! Very pleased with the attention to details! Thanks!

Our stay at #1 Lands End Way was quite pleasant as it has always been for past several years that we've stayed there. Our grandchildren love the access to the water and the Salty Dog. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. Service provided by the staff at Destination Vacations has always been top notch and this year was no exception. One change in the house that can be a bit annoying is the addition of a pass code lock on the front door - after dark the pad is difficult to see and having to either leave the door open or punch in the code with each entry are not pleasing choices. Otherwise it was another great vacation for our family.

Destination Vacation is a Great Company to deal with. We enjoyed our week at 1 Lands End Way, this is our 4th or 5th time we've stayed at this location. It's very well accommodated, we had everything we needed. The location is outstanding. It appears the porches will need paint during the off season.

DV staff were/are AWESOME. They did everything humanly possible to make our stay perfect. The only reason I rated my experience on HHI and in our accommodations as 'meeting expectations,' is because I am an island native and I know what to expect - and they were. Also, we have enjoyed our stay at 1 Lands End Way many times - so we knew to expect gracious accommodations, a spectacular view, and easy access to all the island's delights. We would definitely used Destination Vacations again (thank you, Gail) and would stay at 1 Lands End Way (just don't reserve it when we want to be there!)

Wonderful property with a beautiful view! Stellar location near South Beach Marina amenities and bike paths. Home was well appointed and had a lovely and sizable screened in patio with a large table, chairs and rockers for watching the sunset.
