The kitchen is straight out of Architectural Digest with granite counters, high end appliances and custom cabinets, and the center island is one of a kind for preparing food or gathering as a family. The kitchen includes a breakfast table with seating for 10, which is a nice compliment to the 7 chairs and stools at the center island, and opens to a fully furnished Great Room with mounted flat screen TV. Adjacent to the kitchen and Great Room is the Living Room with comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV perfect for the big game or your favorite Blu-Ray movie.

The bedrooms of 12 W. Beach Lagoon include 2 master suites, both with King beds and updated bathrooms with double vanities, walk-in showers and walk-in closets. Both master suites are located on each end of the house and enjoy gorgeous views of the lagoon and golf course behind the property. The two guest bedrooms are in the front of the house with a Queen bed, TV and full bath in one bedroom and a Queen bed, set of Twin Bunk Beds, TV and full bath in the second bedroom. The home also features a full-size laundry room, powder room and garage for bike and golf club storage, only.

12 W. Beach Lagoon has abundant natural light made possible by large windows designed to maximize the lagoon to golf view of the 17th hole of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course in the living room, master bedrooms, great room and kitchen. The lagoon is a nature preserve to Great Herons, Snowy Egrets and a variety of other birds and provides a stunning backdrop to this beautiful home.

Amenities at 12 W. Beach Lagoon will make you feel right at home, too. The patio has plush wicker furniture from Frontgate and overlooks the pool deck and nature preserve. This home also offers wireless internet, flat screen TV’s in all of the bedrooms and a gas grill. The garage is also a nice perk for guests with extra storage for bikes and golf clubs and contains a spare refrigerator for guest use.

12 W. Beach Lagoon is located in Sea Pines and just steps from the famed Atlantic Ocean beaches of Hilton Head. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Home is simply beautiful and had everything we needed! We have stayed at this location before and it still is amazing. It doesn't show any signs of wear and tear. Hope to stay here again!!

The home was beautiful. It was very tastefully decorated, and the floorplan was perfect for our family vacation. The large kitchen was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need, and the long dining table was perfect for family meals. The pool and hot tub were very nice, as well as the patio area overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The hot tub was not heating up the evening we arrived. After a call to DVHHI, an employee came out on Sunday to assess the problem; and a person from the pool company came Monday morning to fix it. We were very pleased with the prompt response and service. The location of the home was good too - a short walk to the beach, close to multiple Sea Pines attractions, and close to the ocean gate. We have vacationed in HHI many times over the years. We were very happy with this home, the location, and the service from the staff at DVHHI. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at 12 West Beach Lagoon. The home is beautiful - very spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of bath towels, pillows, blankets, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable - I slept better than I do in my own bed ! The pool is amazing - very large with a beautiful view of a lagoon and golf course. The home is decorated very beautifully, and is in a perfect location. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed our week and would definitely stay again!

For our 2nd week we stayed in beautiful 12 West Beach Lagoon (our 2nd year in this home) it is the perfect home for our family. Very clean, well furnished and stocked with everything we could need or want. Easy walk to the beach, just love the quiet community that this home is in.

Very nice house, well-equipped, comfortable, great patio/pool/view of lagoon and golf course, fairly short walk to beach. Had a problem with hot water which was resolved in short order. Called the after hours number, received a return call within a few minutes, plumber arrived within the hour and problem was resolved shortly thereafter. Perhaps our favorite house of all the houses we have rented in Sea Pines.
