Beach Lagoon in Sea Pines features upgrades throughout and understated elegance for a perfectly memorable vacation. Beautifully redesigned, this 3rd row Oceanside home offers 4 bedroom suites, private, screen-covered swimming pool, lagoon-to-golf views and an unparalleled setting of relaxation for a purely blissful Hilton Head vacation.

The living room features tile flooring throughout, a large, mounted TV, comfortable sofas and chairs, 4-top game table and additional reading corner. The new tile flooring extends to the dining room with seating for 8-10 guests, which leads to the kitchen with additional bar stool seating for up to 4 guests. Step outside from the living room to the large grilling patio where you can unwind or move to the feature highlight of the home inside the screen-covered pool area with table, chairs and lounge chairs.

The beautiful bedrooms each have a private bath, designed for comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms off the living room each have a King bed and full bath and the sleeper den and 3rd guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds are located on the other end of the house. The den and bunk bedroom share a full bath, and the bunk bedroom has sliding door access to the screened pool area. The 4th guest bedroom is beautifully appointed with high beamed ceilings, built-in desk and mounted flat screen TV. This bedroom features a Queen bed, large sectional couch and a full bath with walk-in tile shower.

When it is time to explore your surroundings, this Sea Pines vacation rental is a short, safe walk to the famed Atlantic Ocean beaches of Hilton Head Island, as well as the new Sea Pines Beach Club and Fraser's Tavern at the Plantation Club. Paved bike paths run throughout Sea Pines and outside of the community gates if you dare to go further! Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Great home in an excellent location. We have been traveling to Sea Pines for 40 years staying in many locations. We now believe this is by far the best location. Also the service by Destination Vacation was top notch.

Liked how the DV team checked out the house after the cleaning service. Loved the location and home. Decor was so-so. Pool was great. Loved the bird feeder. One of the thermostats by laundry room gave error messages - but there was no trouble with A/C. Nothing to improve - HH perfection. We will be back in 2 years and hope to rent the same unit :). THANK YOU!!!!
