14 Wagon Road in Sea Pines is a professionally designed home with open and bright kitchen, beautifully chosen colors throughout, updated bathrooms, screened porch and large swimming pool and spa. The beach is a short walk from the front door, and the central location makes it easy to enjoy all of the amenities and activities in Sea Pines Resort.

The single-level layout includes a Master suite with king bed, mounted flat screen TV and upgraded bath with separate sinks and large walk-in shower. A guest bedroom with a king bed and mounted flat screen TV shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a guest bedroom with 2 double beds and mounted TV. The jack-n-jill bath has a double vanity and shower/tub combination.

The living areas of 14 Wagon Road include an open living room with sleeper sofa, mounted flat screen TV and adjacent dining area, perfect for family gatherings. The updated kitchen is part of this open area and includes a large center island with bar stool seating, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, quartz countertops and built-in TV. A 3rd full bath serves the living and dining areas and those using the sleeper sofa, or it can be used as an extra bathroom for the bedrooms, and the large screened porch is located off the kitchen and dining areas. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is available for guest use, as is the garage for bicycle and golf club storage.

The custom-designed pool area is a vacation oasis! The screened porch is comfortably furnished and includes a mounted flat screen TV, and the large pool and spa provide countless hours of recreation and relaxation for guests of all ages. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is installed so washing off sandy feet is a pleasant experience! In addition, paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment.

The house met all of the needs of our family and was in a great location for access to the beach, South Beach, Harbour Town, and walking paths. The kitchen was well-equipped and the pool area was great. The master bathroom was awesome and huge, but the jack-and-jill bathroom for the other bedrooms could use an update.

We were very satisfied with our home for the week! It was perfect for us and we had everything we need. Only suggestion would be beach towels, otherwise everything was there! DV staff was helpful when our pool heat died out and it was fixed within the day.

14 Wagon Road was our best property out of 3 which we have stayed at in Sea Pines, the facilities were excellent and the the house had everything we wanted. The location was ideal for the beach and the Salty dog area.

The house was wonderful, better equipped in the kitchen than I had expected. We enjoyed the pool and it was so nice to have HHI puzzle to do in the house! The decor was pretty too! Thank you! Our only suggestion is a key pad would have been easier than just two keys for five family members coming and going from the beach at different times.

The house was everything we hoped for and more. The location was perfect - walking distance to beach, a short bike ride to both Harbour Town and South Beach. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We have been vacationing at Sea Pines and have never been so impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Anything you could think of was in the house for use and having the garage to use was a huge plus. Thank you to the homeowners for the use of their home and to Destination Vacation fkr making it so easy to rent from and we will be using you in the future.

Our rental was beautiful and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for making meals. The grill was clean and easy to use. Appliances were new and easy to operate.
