Located in the heart of South Beach in Sea Pines Resort, 15 Beachside is a beautifully updated cottage-style home with comfort and elegance for a memorable vacation. Hardwood floors, updated baths and an open kitchen with upgraded countertops and appliances are prominently featured on the home's main level, along with the living room, dining area, stackable laundry appliances, large screened porch and separate outside patio with gas grill. 15 Beachside offers a community pool for the 15 homes in the Beachside neighborhood, and the beach and South Beach Marina Village are just short walks from the front door.

Bedrooms on the 1st floor include the master bedroom with king bed and full bath with double vanity, granite countertops and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom on the 1st floor features 2 Twin beds, one with a single trundle, and full bath right outside the bedroom door with shower/tub combination. This bathroom also serves the 1st floor common areas. Bedrooms on the 2nd floor include a king bedroom with private balcony and full bath with double vanity, granite countertops and walk-in shower, and a guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds, one with a single trundle, and private bathroom with granite countertops and walk-in shower.

15 Beachside offers updated furnishings and outstanding amenities such as free wireless internet, screened porch, direct walking path to the beach, free tennis across the street at the South Beach Racquet Club and community pool, all of which make this home a wonderful choice for the perfect vacation.

Guests of 15 Beachside can enjoy one free hour of tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club. 15 Beachside is conveniently located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines Resort with the shops, restaurants (including the Salty Dog Cafï¿½) and activities of the South Beach Marina Village just a short walk away. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

The rental unit was outstanding; very well equipped, clean, and a great location for 4 adults and 3 small children. Had room to spare. The TV provided service to all the kids shows and kept the grandchildren entertained during TV time. We really appreciated receiving the 2 entry passes to Sea Pines being mailed in advance to our 2 homes to make entry much easier.

We have been coming to HHI at least once a year for the past 32 years. For the past 28 years we have stayed in the same location near Harbor Town. However, the villa we had called "home" each year had become disappointing because of the lack of upkeep of the property. We decided to search for a new location. We really had become fond of the South Beach area and thought we should look there. 15 Beachside was available for our week and was a perfect location. Well, it sure DID NOT disappoint. It was the #1 choice of all the years we had been vacationing at HHI. We were greeted by fresh baked cookies with a warm greeting from the owners. We were so impressed that we ordered more from Sunshine Cookie Company before we left the island. The ONLY thing that was missing from the home was a rocking chair. We had a couple of babies sick with ear infections that week, so it would have been nice to have a rocker. But hopefully we will not need one next time. They LOVED the trundle beds because they could sleep in the room with Papa & Granna. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT--the beach, the pool, Salty Dog, ice cream just a short walk away, shopping, tennis courts nearby, bike rentals--everything is only a short walk away from the front door. Last but not least, Destination Vacations was the BEST company I have ever worked with. I had all my questions answered in a very professional manner and I have never had a company check to make sure that things were satisfactory even days after we arrived. HOPING TO BE BACK EVERY YEAR!
