Located just 3rd row from the sandy Atlantic Ocean beach of Sea Pines, 15 Belted Kingfisher is a wonderful vacation home with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and bedding for 10 guests. Fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms are balanced with plush furniture, multiple living areas and an open floorplan. This home is a 2-minute walk to the beach and offers exceptional amenities, such as private pool (can be heated for additional charge), furnished pool deck and gas grill.

The 1st floor of this home features a casual living room with flat screen TV and comfortable furniture, guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, guest bedroom with queen bed and guest bedroom also with 2 twin beds. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and two full bathrooms are located in the hallway which serve all bedrooms and the living room on this level.

The 2nd floor is open and airy with fully renovated kitchen and huge island with granite countertop. The kitchen opens to the formal dining area and large living room with flat screen TV and extra sitting area. There is also a more casual dining area off the kitchen with its own mounted flat screen TV and access to the rear deck with gas grill.

Bedrooms on the 2nd floor include the master bedroom with king bed and fully renovated master bath. The guest bedroom also features a king bed and a fully renovated hall bathroom with walk-in shower serves the king bedroom and living areas on the 2nd floor. Wireless internet is available throughout the home at no cost to guests.

The location of 15 Belted Kingfisher in Sea Pines is unbeatable. The beach is only steps away thanks to the nearby paved beach path, and the South Beach Marina is a walk or bike ride from your front door. Harbour Town, the Plantation Golf Club, the Sea Pines Beach Club and Lawton Stables are easy bike rides or short drives away. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Perfect house if you have multi generations like we did. The downstairs area with its own fridge and den were wonderful for our teens. It took us until mid week to find the easy beach access located in the back by the pool. The pool area is just beautiful.

The home we rented was excellent. We have rented many beach homes over the past 15 years and this home had the best equipped kitchen! The location is excellent for beach and trail access, and also the "Salty Dog". We loved the pool and paid to have it heated, which we were glad that we did even in July. The pool area is beautifully shaded and a very nice respite area. It was so great to be able to seat all 10 of our family members at one table for meals, and the large sofas in the Great room accommodated all of us for late night movies. This is a very spacious home and welcoming home.

This was our third stay at 15 Belted Kingfisher, a lovely property. Many changes since our last stay and all were excellent. The kitchen faucet needs adjustment , turned itself on in the middle of the night several times! Lower level patio door on left side : door handle fell off, called for repair. Everyone really enjoyed the pool, best of all the rentals we’ve stayed. Would be happy to come next year if schedule permits!
