Located close to the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines, 15 N. Sea Pines Drive is a short walk to the beach and offers a private pool with paver decking, furnished Carolina Room, living room, kitchen, separate laundry room and newly designed bathrooms!

The home has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, and accommodates up to 8 guests. Bedding includes a King bed in the master suite, King bed in the guest suite and 2 Full/Double beds in the 2nd guest suite. All bedrooms are furnished with flat screen TV's and TVs are also located in the living room and pool deck. The home offers free wireless internet for your convenience.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge and the pool deck will offer hours of enjoyment whether you are swimming, sunbathing, lounging, grilling or watching a game on the mounted outdoor TV. Propane gas for the grill is provided with your rental.

Enjoy the Sea Pines beach located just 7th row from the ocean on the walkway. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. The home was better than our expectations. The cabinetry is new and the beds sleept good. The location was perfect. The short walk on the path to the beach made it seem private. The beach was not crowded at all. GREAT for the kids to play. One thing to improve on would be to have beach chairs available.

Destination Vacation was great to work with in regard to any concerns or issues that arose. The property was very comfortable and the location was wonderful.
