Updated 1st floor Beachside Tennis villa with views of Calibogue Sound. 1821 Beachside Tennis is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in the charming South Beach community of Sea Pines. Enjoy watching dolphins play in Calibogue Sound while direct beach access and onsite swimming pool will provide hours of outdoor recreation. A meticulously cleaned and nicely furnished villa will make you feel right at home while enjoying the indoors.

1821 Beachside Tennis is located on the 1st floor with steps off the rear balconies. This charming 2 bedroom condo features an updated kitchen with granite counters and tile floors and backsplash, new cabinetry and stainless appliances. Private bathrooms for each bedroom are updated with granite counters, double sinks and tile floors. Both bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have balconies and flat screen televisions, and the living room has a large flat screen TV and hardwood floors. Wireless internet service is included.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.

Guests of 1821 Beachside Tennis can enjoy one free hour of tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club. South Beach in Sea Pines is one of the most sought-after areas on the Island. Surrounded by water, there is beauty at every turn. We always love finding with Destination Vacation our next beach stay. Their care for the beach homes they represent is tops. They are the epitome of what you hear about Southern graciousness in their caring ways! We especially enjoyed our most recent stay in 1821 Beachside Tennis. Easy parking right in front of this villa with only 7 steps up, you quickly appreciate this as a stand out in the amenities. Only a few steps from your door a stairway delivers you, within feet, to a paved walk to the bike paths, beach path, or the forever favorite Salty Dog Restaurant and Marina. We appreciate the owners sharing their beach home with its classic touches, very comfortable furnishings, and all the fresh updates. To top it all off, the patios with a variety of furniture greatly add to the enjoyment of the serene and tranquil location and view beyond!

We have spent three Thanksgivings in Beachside Tennis 1821. The villa is lovely, updated and exceptionally clean during this time of Covid. The outside areas are wonderful for watching sunsets and daily sightings of deer. Hope to be back in 2021. As always service by Destination Vacation staff is great!!

We had to cancel our spring trip because of covid19 and were reluctant to come this fall. Your staff eased my mind about precautions being in place. I appreciated that the bedspreads were removed and our Beachside Tennis unit was clean. We had no issues except for the last day the one air conditioning unit did not cool the main living area. We like staying in Beachside Tennis because it is beachfront and #1821 is second from an end and convenient to the beach for taking our bikes there to ride. Another plus is that there are deer in the brush in front of this unit and could be quite entertaining. South Beach is across the street with restaurants, shops and water activities.

We loved our stay at 1821 beachside tennis. The rental was amazing clean, and very comfortable with 2 q and 1 k bed. Family enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and deers roaming front our rental. I would rate the stay excellent and would definitely return in 2021.

We keep coming back because we like staying in Hilton Head so much, and at Beachside Tennis in particular. We've stayed at 1821 multiple times because we're very comfortable there. Here's what I like so much about Beachside Tennis: - proximity to the beach and the fact that dolphins hang out in this area - the swimming pool and how large it is - how nice the grounds are. Here's what I like about Sea Pines - the bike paths - how fantastic the beach is for biking - the Forest Preserve. Here's what I like about HHI: - the palm trees and oaks with Spanish Moss - going to nearby Pinckney NWR - the well-stocked supermarkets - the restaurants.
