Unique wrap-around balcony with 180 degree views of Calibogue Sound make 1837 Beachside Tennis a truly special vacation villa! 1837 Beachside Tennis is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in the charming South Beach community of Sea Pines. A meticulously cleaned and nicely furnished villa will make you feel right at home, and watching dolphins frolic and deer graze from multiple balconies, along with community pool and beach access, will provide hours of outdoor fun with the beautiful Calibogue Sound as your backdrop.

1837 Beachside Tennis is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath has spectacular views of the beach and Sound and due to its location in the building, features an extended wrap-around balcony with panoramic views. The Master has a King bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have private baths and the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds has its own private balcony. There are 3 TVs in the villa, free wireless internet service, and a full size washing machine and dryer.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.

South Beach in Sea Pines is one of the most sought-after areas on the Island. Surrounded by water, there is beauty at every turn. This is a very comfortable property, and the view is fantastic. It is also exceptionally clean. It is the best property we have stayed in on Hilton Head in 20 years.

Best vacation rental for us in many years. Location of villa in the complex and South Beach is great! A couple of plumbing problems with the kitchen sink were quickly addressed. We will definitely be coming back!!
