Gorgeous 5th floor Beachside Tennis villa with dramatic views of Calibogue Sound! This top floor villa has been professionally decorated and blends the perfect mix of comfort and luxury with new furnishings and electronics and some of the best views available on Hilton Head.

1845 Beachside Tennis is located on the top floor with elevator access and one of the best balconies you can find. This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa offers spectacular views of the beach and Sound. The master bedroom has a unique arrangement with separate sitting area in one room and the King bed in the adjoining room. The sitting area has balcony access and water views and is also adjacent to the main living room. A privacy door can be drawn to separate the sitting area from the living room or a second privacy door can be drawn to separate the sitting area from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a private balcony. Both bedrooms have private baths and flat screen TVs. The living room has panoramic water views, a large high-def TV and a sleeper sofa. The dining room table seats 6 guests, and the kitchen has been fully renovated with granite countertops, new cabinets and new appliances. Wireless internet service is included.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.

Guests of 1845 Beachside Tennis can enjoy one free hour of tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club. South Beach in Sea Pines is one of the most sought-after areas on the Island. Surrounded by water, there is beauty at every turn. My husband and I love going through Destination Vacation. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. This was our third summer staying at the Sea Pines Resort and 1845 Beachside tennis was probably our favorite villa. The owners were kind enough to leave a sweet note with some goodies. So warm and welcoming. Pretty sure we will visit again next summer.

We've gone through Destination Vacation several times now to book a stay in Hilton Head. The service and accommodations have always been excellent. We enjoyed a wonderful week at 1845 Beachside Tennis! The condo appeared in person just as it does in photos, and that is not always the case. Everything was clean, updated, and attractive. There were plenty of towels (something that is often lacking in hotels/condos) and it was great to have a washer and dryer right in the unit so I could keep up with laundry during the week. My only suggestion (and this is very minor): my daughter told me the first aid kit under the bathroom sink was completely empty, so maybe it could be re-filled? We always travel with band-aids, etc. but another guest might not. My 8-year-old daughter loved it so much she couldn't stop crying when we left. We hope to be back in the future!

We had such an enjoyable stay! We stayed at Beachside Tennis and the property well so well maintenance. Our unit, 1845, was very clean and in such a beautiful location. The unit had a well stocked kitchen. The one maintenance issue we had was addressed immediately and the repair man was polite and easy to work with. Every time I called for help, the staff was responsive and kind!

We have vacationed in Hilton Head island several times before. It was the first time to stay in Sea Pines. We were right across road from South Beach Marina, so that was nice as walking there was easy. We had breakfast & dinner there as well as did kayak trip from there. Since being at end of island we had great view of Daufuskie island & could even see big ships going into Savannah. Condo was nice, clean.

Highly recommend! The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed (nice quality pots & pens, utensils, etc.). The location was great - close to restaurants, the beach and water activities. Destination Vacation was very thorough with check-in instructions and welcome packet. We appreciated the call on Sunday to see if everything was OK (plus a call from the cleaning service was a nice surprise too). The best part was the view and wrap around balcony. We saw amazing sunsets every night!
