The water views from this elegant 5th floor Beachside Tennis villa set the scene for a perfect vacation. 1899 Beachside Tennis offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and bedding for 6 guests and is located in South Beach, one of the most popular vacation areas within Sea Pines.

This charming villa has spectacular views of the beach and Sound and both bedrooms have private baths and balconies. The Master has a King bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions, and wireless internet service is included.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.

Stay was very pleasant. Accommodations were accurate as described. Location was excellent with beautiful views and easy beach and pool access. Very clean, well stocked and furnished rental.

Really enjoyed our stay at 1899 Beachside Tennis. Views are spectacular. It’s lovely to be able to watch the dolphins and wildlife. The space is as expected. Really nice layout and everything available that we needed during our stay. Our only complaint is the thermostat. Not being able to move the temperature on the AC below 68 made it difficult to sleep. Would also encourage you to consider updating the mattresses. These two items are things I’m sharing only with you to improve the already wonderful accommodations. Thanks so much!

The owner listened to your comment about the mattresses, and we are happy to report that as of May 9, 2022, they have all be replaced with new mattresses! Also, thermostats can't go below 68 degrees or else the HVAC units will freeze and malfunction in our humid climate. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This is a fantastic condo and the folks at Destination Vacations are great to work with. I have rented this condo about 5 times. The view from the deck and from the living area are unbelievable. It is very clean and well appointed. We mentioned a grab bar in the bathroom would be helpful and before we knew it one had been installed. Kudos to the condo owner and D. V. The location is excellent being across from the South Beach Marina and Old Salty Dog. Sitting on the beach at sunset and watching the sun go down, listening to the waves hit the beach, the birds and dolphins being seen and heard as the daylight turns to darkness is a fantastic experience. The walking and biking paths and walking on the beach add to an enjoyable experience. Hilton Head is a great place if you are looking for a beach vacation. Lots to do if you want to stay busy and a great place to relax if you want a slow pace. My only complaint about this complex is they do not have any luggage carts to help you get your stuff into the condo.

I can't say enough about Gail & Debra, they were such a pleasure to work with. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the unit and the grounds around beachside tennis. The views of the sound were outstanding. The location was great to walk to the salty dog. We will definitely be back soon.

We very much enjoyed unit 1899 because of all the livingroom seating.The view was lovely. We have been coming to Beachside Tennis for years. Will get this unit next year.Great location...for going across the street from Salty Dog and so many great restrauants on Hilton head. Destination Vacation made all the details for renting so easy. Rented a house through them last year..just wonderful.

1899 Beachside Tennis is a fine villa with an outstanding view of the sound. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets and sea birds on the wing just outside our windows. Destination Vacation always provides first class service for its clients and we hope to return to HHI again soon!
