The renovations include a new balcony with view of the ocean, beautifully updated bathrooms, new flooring, slider doors, windows and raised ceilings. New furnishings throughout the home offer a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere where families and friends can gather, unwind, and make lasting memories.

9 Royal Tern is a two-story home with 6 bedrooms. The first floor features 3 bedroom suites: a guest bedroom with king bed, mounted TV and private bath, a second guest bedroom with king bed, mounted TV and private bath, and a third guest bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin/ Twin mattresses), sleeper sofa, TV and private bath. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also located on this floor.

The second floor features the newly designed kitchen, dining room and living room, new powder room and 3 guest suites. The primary suite features a king bed, access to balcony and large bathroom with double vanity, separate tub and walk-in shower. The second guest suite features a king bed, TV and private bath and the third guest suite features 2 queen beds, TV and private bath.

What truly sets 9 Royal Tern apart, however, is its exceptional outdoor living experience. A newly redesigned balcony offers the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or al fresco meals, complete with a dining table, comfortable seating, and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. This house is quite spacious and nicely furnished. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. The location was good--easy and quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed having access to the garage--both for the games and for bike storage. Destination Vacation provided accurate and useful information before our arrival and checked with us a couple of times during our stay. We also appreciated the quality of linens and starter supplies they provided. Great vacation rental and great company to work with!

Your company made it seamless to book and stay at a fabulous property. The house had a very well stocked kitchen that we appreciated. We had an issue with a tv and the dishwasher and someone came over right away to fix them. I will definitely book with you again.
