Exciting Updates at 9 Royal Tern - Reopening in May!

9 Royal Tern is currently undergoing major renovations designed to significantly enhance the comfort, style and overall guest experience of this home. These updates include new furniture, new flooring, new slider doors and windows, new 2nd floor bathrooms, including the primary suite, raised ceilings and removing walls that separate the kitchen from the dining room and living room. There will also be exterior improvements with a new driveway, new service yards and improved landscaping.

The renovation work is already underway, and the home is scheduled to be available for guest stays beginning in May 2026. If you have any questions or would like assistance booking a future stay, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. This house is quite spacious and nicely furnished. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. The location was good--easy and quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed having access to the garage--both for the games and for bike storage. Destination Vacation provided accurate and useful information before our arrival and checked with us a couple of times during our stay. We also appreciated the quality of linens and starter supplies they provided. Great vacation rental and great company to work with!

Your company made it seamless to book and stay at a fabulous property. The house had a very well stocked kitchen that we appreciated. We had an issue with a tv and the dishwasher and someone came over right away to fix them. I will definitely book with you again.
