1827 Beachside Tennis is unlike any other Beachside Tennis property you will see! Stunning renovations, including a completely reconfigured kitchen, make this a truly unique property. The kitchen is open with a center island, custom cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash and a tray ceiling with hanging pendant lights. The views of Calibogue Sound from this 2nd floor property can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining area, living room and both bedrooms.

This beachfront villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths two balconies to enjoy outdoor dining or the ocean breezes. One bedroom features a king bed and a full bed, and the other bedroom features 2 queen beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, so this property offers bedding for almost any scenario needed by one or two families needing to sleep up to 6 guests.

Guests of 1827 Beachside Tennis can enjoy one free hour of tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club. This South Beach location in Sea Pines offers beautiful beachfront views, easy beach access and a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village. Bask in the sun on the beach or the private complex swimming pool or enjoy the many activities like kayaking, shopping, dining and fishing. This property offers free tennis across the street at the South Beach Racquet Club, and the complex swimming pool features a grilling area with multiple grills for guest use.

Beachside Tennis is located where the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound meet and is a favorite with Hilton Head Island visitors. The condo itself was very nice. We have stayed in many condo's for the past 5 years in Sea Pines Beach Side Tennis. This one was really nice. However, the staff at Destination Vacation was the best we have ever met. They brought us new queen size beds for the bedroom we were sleeping in and they brought them to us the 3rd day we were on our vacation. We were so pleased with their customer service and will definitely rent from this company again in the future. Thank you also to the owners of the condo for listening to the customers and going out of there way to make us happy during our Hilton Head vacation. Thank you so much for a wonderful and great vacation due to your great customer service and beautiful condo.

This is the second time we have stayed at 1827 Beachside Tennis. Two years ago I brought my dad down (my mom unfortunately could not make the trip that year) and we stayed there. Had such an enjoyable time. When the discussion of a vacation came up this year I knew I wanted to stay at that condo again. This year both of my parents came along and our stay was even better than before! We have stayed at 1820 Beachside Tennis and although the accommodations were fine, 1827 is by far our favorite! The views are unbeatable, the decor is the perfect beach theme, and the place just feels like home. I’m already tossing around the idea of booking it for a first-time fall trip this year! We weren’t sure what to expect with all that’s going on currently but we all agreed that this was one of our favorite trips. And it may even be the favorite! Gonna be hard to beat!! Thank you for making the process seamless - from booking to accessibility to checking out - it was a very pleasant experience. This vacation was so fabulous that I don’t think any of us wanted to come home!!

Wonderful stay at 1827 Beachside Tennis. Fully modernized with a fabulous kitchen. Everything you would need is provided. Loved sitting enjoying our morning coffee overlooking Calibogue Sound. Destination Vacations were great to deal with. When the cable service went out across the Island they reached to us and arranged for the service to be restored. We even received a bottle of wine as a gesture. Hope to return again.
