335 S. Greenwood Drive is a beautifully decorated Sea Pines beach home in a picturesque setting with landscaped pool area surrounded by nature preserve and golf course view in the distance. The home is set in a peaceful, tranquil setting and the central location lets you enjoy all that Sea Pines has to offer from miles of bike trails to the beach to Harbour Town and South Beach Marina. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, 335 S. Greenwood Drive features interior updates throughout and plenty of room to relax as it accommodates up to 8 guests.

This beautiful ranch-style home (no stairs!) features an impressive great room, which doubles as a living room, and is the focal point of the common areas with tall ceilings, high windows with natural light and comfortable furnishings. The great room features 2 sofas and 2 additional upholstered chairs, along with a game table with 4 chairs, full-size foosball table and stocked bookshelves. The nearby dining area seats eight guests, and the adjacent family room features a sofa and two chairs, countertop wine cooler, mounted TV and 4 bar chairs at the kitchen counter. The kitchen features granite countertops, electric range, oven, microwave and a convenient walk-in pantry with extra shelving. The home also features a powder room to serve the common areas and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer that leads to the two car garage.

The bedrooms include a master suite with King bed, desk, TV and private bath with double vanity, separate tub, walk-in shower and large, walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms have their own hallway on one side of the house. The first bedroom features a queen bed, window seat, TV, closet and private bath with shower/tub combination, and the second bedroom features a king bed and set of bunk beds, TV and closet. The bathroom that serves this bedroom features a double vanity and shower/tub combination.

There is no shortage of amenities at 335 S. Greenwood Drive to make your vacation the most relaxing it can be! The home offers free Wifi throughout and cable TV channels on each of the 4 TVs. The foosball table and game table provide hours of entertainment, and there is plenty of driveway parking for 4 vehicles, as well as a 2-car garage for your vehicles, bikes, beach equipment and golf clubs. The private swimming pool (15x30) and spa are the highlight of the outdoor area and the pool can be heated for an additional cost. The pool deck includes a gas grill (gas is provided), outdoor table, chairs and lounge chairs, all set on an updated paver deck. The beach is a short drive or bike ride from this home (~1 mile away) and includes the most beautiful stretch of Hilton Head Island beach along the Atlantic Ocean.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We had another wonderful vacation with a Destination Vacation HHI rental. 335 Greenwood Drive exceeded our expectations, particularly its cleanliness, pool, patio, landscaping and gorgeous view of the lagoon and golf course behind the property. We used the bike path everyday and it was a super easy bike ride to the beach access down the road, and also Lawton Stables, my kids' favorite place in the world. This is a very small item, but the owners may want to consider purchasing a new set of nonstick pans for the kitchen because the current set have lost their nonstick veneer and were difficult to clean. I purchased a heavy duty scrubbing sponge to clean the pans but it usually means nonstick are done when they get to this point. We would not hesitate to book 335 Greenwood Drive again, it was a stellar experience! We had a wonderful time!

The house was beautiful and clean, but I would suggest supplying it with more essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, as well as cooking essentials like olive oil, a basic seasonings set, pan spray, etc.

The accommodations surpassed our expectations. Having been to Hilton Head (specifically Sea Pines) many times in the past, we were slightly apprehensive with the homes location - being located on Greenwood Drive. Our fears were moot upon arrival and our entry to the home. While yes, the home is on a fairly busy street, we in no way felt this had a negative impact on the rental. The driveway is large enough that our vehicle was able to turn around in the drive - so pulling out into the street was never an issue. The home is self was situated in such a way that the traffic (more specifically road noise) was all but non existent from within the home or back yard. Like all online rental listings, photographic representations do well to give provide the basics of the home (this is not a negative) - I just wanted to emphasize that the home was even better in person that what we had envisioned. DV was through and efficient in every aspect of our rental process. We look forward to returning again next year.

During our week-long vacation, Tropical Storm Elsa hit the island.
