Designed with the architecture of a Southern, plantation-style home with dual entry stairway, multiple balconies, lush landscaping and oversized screened porch, 6 Sea Oak Lane is a beautiful Oceanfront retreat in the quiet neighborhoood of S. Forest Beach. This home features 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, bedding for 16 guests, private pool, hot tub and private beach path to one of the nicest stretches of Hilton Head beach along the Atlantic Ocean.

This beautiful home offers stunning oceanfront views from multiple locations, including the 2nd floor bedroom balconies and the fully furnished screened porch. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops, double ovens, 2 refrigerators and gas range, and the home offers multiple living and lounging areas for TV, games and reading.

The main level of the home features the kitchen, living and dining areas and fully furnished screened porch with dining table and chairs and separate living area. This level also features a master suite with TV, private bath and ocean view. The 2nd floor features 4 more bedrooms, including two King bedrooms with private baths on the ocean side of the home. Both of these bedrooms share an oceanfront balcony with spectacular views. A guest bedroom also has a King bed and full bath and the 4th guest bedroom on this level features a King bed and 1 set of bunk beds, TV and a full bath. Both of these bedrooms share a balcony on the front side of the house.

The 6th bedroom is featured on the ground level in a separate In Law suite with fully furnished living room, kitchen and full bath with stand-up shower. The bedroom features 2 queen beds and is perfect for a couple or small family.

6 Sea Oak Lane provides all of the amenities to make your vacation memorable, including oceanfront views, private pool (can be heated for additional charge), hot tub, wireless internet, TV's in all bedrooms and living areas and private beach path with hammock, swinging bench and built-in benches along the way to maximize your relaxation with the ocean as the perfect backdrop. A full-size ping pong table is also located in the garage for guest use. In addition, paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

Forest Beach is one of the original beach communities on Hilton Head and home to Coligny Plaza with more than 100 specialty shops, grocery stores and outdoor cafes. Forest Beach is home to the Van Der Meer Racquet Club and Tennis Academy, bike trails, and miles of the most beautiful stretch of beach and coastline that you will find on the Island. Guests are also close to Hilton Head amenities including golf, marinas with watersports and Zip Line adventure tours.

The house at 6 Sea Oak Lane is the best beach house I have ever stayed in, out of about ten over the years. The architect did an amazing job with the layout, the breezeway, the pool, the back yard, all of it; but it is more of a home because the owner was not so cheap to furnish it more cheaply (and I hear lives there the majority of the year). We take good care of it and are very appreciative.

I love the house that we have now rented for 5 years now. Everything is great. The one thing that I would like to see is a few games for outdoors such as Cornhole, Bocce, etc. and a few chairs and an umbrella to sit at the beach. Also a step stool in the laundry room so I could read the clothes dryer dials.

Our stay at 6 Sea Oak Lane was wonderful. The home was perfect for our family, and it provided everything we could possibly need or want. The outdoor space was beautiful with its large pool, green space and shaded deck area. The kitchen was well appointed and having two refrigerators allowed for fewer trips to the grocery. Each bedroom was large, and the bathrooms were beautiful. The large screened in porch was a wonderful gathering place for our family to play games, converse and enjoy time together. All in all, the home provided us with a wonderful place to enjoy our vacation.

6 Sea Oak Lane is a beautifully well maintained property. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The main house was beautifully decorated, well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable. All the bathrooms were stunning. We loved the fact that there was an in-law suite to accommodate our family; however, this portion of the home was a little disappointing. The in-law suite would be even more attractive if it was updated to the level of the main house. For example, bathrooms, kitchen and furniture could all use some upgrading. Also, the in-law kitchen was missing some cooking/baking utensils. Otherwise, we had an incredible experience and feel that this property helped create many meaningful and lasting memories for our family.

We have been coming to Hilton Head and other beaches for years, always renting houses on the beach. We were hoping good things this year from the pictures, but it is hard to really get a feel for a house without being inside of it. The design of a house makes such a difference, not only the quality of the workmanship, but the flow, how it all fits together. We are praying that the owners don't sell, for we can't imagine a more perfect house. You can count on us for our week indefinitely. And Destination Vacation stays in touch, calls to check in, all the little things that make a difference. Thank you.

6 Sea Oaks Lane was a wonderful home for our family of 11, which included 5 grandchildren ages 2-15. The exterior and interior of the house is impressively maintained; beautifully decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed and more (could have used a few more spoons) and a dining table large enough for all of us to sit together. Having the large screened in porch was great place to relax and enjoy meals while overlooking the pool and beach and also keeping the 2 year old safe. The private backyard with the pool and spa that has lots of seating was a huge hit but the most spectacular part of the vacation was the private boardwalk to the incredible beach which we all enjoyed from early morning to night and we will always remember watching the solar eclipse together. After an impressive wind and rain storm, the pool heater stopped working from too much debris in the filter but was resolved within minutes by a call to the pool service. The only disappointment was the access to the "in-law" quarters. It is a lovely apartment unto itself but we did not realize that it was not accessed from the main house and had a separate entrance from the pool area, so not a place that our teen age granddaughters were willing to stay alone. Regardless, the whole family hopes to return next year!

The house was beautifully appointed with gourmet kitchen with top- of- the- line multiple refrigerators and ovens. A nice addition would be a blender, hand juicer and cloth or plastic dish drainer. The screened in porch with fans and ocean view was a family favorite. The seating off your boardwalk to the beach was ideal for star gazing and watching the 4th of July Fireworks at the beach! Also appreciated the courtesy calls prior to check in for additional questions. DVHHI was highly professional from start to finish. This destination home was the perfect setting for memory making. Our family has been vacationing in Hilton Head and staying at 6 Sea Oak since 2006, except for three years vacationing elsewhere and one year during the pandemic. We absolutely love this house and when we leave, can’t wait until we can return! The recent renovations only make it better! We love the privacy of the location, as well as the convenience to Coligny and some of our favorite restaurants. From the reservation process to the completion of our stay, Destination Vacation made our trip one of the best vacations yet on Hilton Head! The staff was very helpful when having to change our schedule due to the pandemic and made rescheduling very easy! Even though we’ve stayed in this particular house many times in years past, this is the first year we’ve dealt with Destination Vacation as the booking agency and we couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service. We had a wonderful stay and my family would recommend the house to friends and consider vacationing at the same place in the future. It was convenient to sea pines and Coligny Plaza. The house was in a great location and the features, furnishings,and amenities were awesome. The board walk to the beach had benches, a hammock, and a swinging bench which were great for relaxing and watching the sunrise. The kitchen on the main floor had two refrigerators, in addition to the refrigerator in the garage and the downstairs apartment - it was great because we were able to stock up for the week and store everything easily. The third floor and second floors had washers and dryers which we used a few times - very handy for families with kids. We had a small issue with the hot tub but DV was able to send someone to check it out quickly.

Wonderful property in an amazing location. Everything was truly amazing in the house. My only feedback would be to replace the grille outside. It’s pretty old and does not work very well. Otherwise, it was perfect. Thanks!

DV did a wonderful job in servicing us. Greg was especially attentive to our last minute needs. This is our second time staying at 6 Sea Oak Lane and the house again met our expectations. Only improvement would be to have the pool at 6 Sea Oak cleaned at least twice during the week - the dirt from the closeness to the backyard made the pool look dirty. Beautiful Southern well built home - many thanks to DV and the owner for allowing our last minute requests.

We are so sorry if this was not the case during your stay. We have confirmed with the pool company that pools are cleaned Saturday and Wednesday of each week in the summer.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 grown kids & their significant others and 2 grandsons. The home felt safe and well maintained as well as beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes & glassware. The mgmnt company replied quickly to any of our requests and needs. The walkway to the beach has several niches with various lounging areas that were great at the end of the day. The beach and grounds were beautiful and we were able to take some picturesque photos with a photographer for our first real family beach portraits. We are planning to have a family beach vacation for our group.
