The water views from this beautifully updated 5th floor Beachside Tennis villa set the scene for a perfect vacation. 1881 Beachside Tennis offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and bedding for 6 guests and is located in South Beach, one of the most popular vacation areas within Sea Pines.

This charming villa offers spectacular views of the beach and Sound. The Master bedroom has a King bed, the guest bedroom has two queen beds and both have private baths with double vanities. The master bath features a walk-in shower and the guest bedroom features a shower/tub combination. The living room and both bedrooms have televisions, and wireless internet service is included. Stunning improvements (2020) as reflected in the photo gallery include all new flooring, redesigned kitchen and baths, new appliances and fixtures.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex. In addition, paying guest reservations staying between 4-21 nights will receive VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

Wonderful property! We loved the decor and furnishings and the view was spectacular. South Beach is such a great area. Beachside Tennis is a great location.
