We enjoyed our stay at 36 S Beach Lane. The house was spacious, very clean, and had updated furnishings, dishware, and pots/pans. The pool stayed clear our entire stay despite its heavy use. I wish that the house had more shade available around the full-sun pool. In spaces, the house could use more decor as it felt cavernous and more of a show piece than a home.

Our entire stay including the home an booking and coordination were excellent. This is the only time we have rented the same home on HHI twice it is so wonderful. The pool and backyard views were enjoyed by kids, parents and grandparents alike. No recommendations for any improvements (except more cookies! Those were delicious!)

Service from DVHHI was excellent. From insuring we received our gate passes to checking out a fire alarm issue, DVHHI was very responsive. The home we rented was beautiful - we loved the pool, the screened in porch, the view & the space. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cups, pots, crock pot, blender & serving pieces. The location within a short walking distance to the beach was great & it was easy to bike to Salty Dog & Harbour Town. Couple improvements / issues: during a heavy rain water came into the screened in porch & gathered on the deck outside the porch; palmetto bugs in the screened in porch. The pool, location & screened in porch were our favorite amenities along with the space in the house.

I love working with Destination vacation and would never go to another agency! We have been coming to HHI for several yrs now and have never been disappointed with our accommodations and or service. I like to stay an extra week and Gail has always been able to find me a property suitable and affordable for my needs. She displays ultimate patience as I navigate back and forth what’s available and believe me I can be very indecisive. Destination vacation homes are top notch at reasonable rates compared to other agencies and one of my favorites the SPA heat is included ! It makes no sense to me to advertise a property with a spa and then * spa heat additional fee!?! Thank you for all you do at Destination vacation for making my stay on the Island memorable.
