Once you ascend the stairs from the driveway to the front door, this is a one-story home with everything on the same level. Upon entrance, the impressive great room will welcome you, which doubles as a living room. The great room is the focal point of the common areas with tall ceilings, magnificent architecture with prominent beams, high windows with natural light and adjacently located to the kitchen, dining area and screened porch. The great room features a sleeper sofa, four swivel chairs and 2 additional chairs with a side table, along with a mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen features a large center island with quartz countertop and four stools, electric range, top-end appliances and a convenient walk-in pantry with counterspace and shelving. The dining table seats eight guests and is surrounded by large windows with beautiful natural light. The adjacent screened porch is furnished with breakfast/game table and chairs and a separate living area with sofa and chairs, all overlooking the scenic pool, backyard and lagoon. The home also features a powder room to serve the common areas and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The bedrooms include a primary suite with King bed and separate reading area with table and two upholstered chairs, TV, walk-in closet and private bath with double vanity, separate tub and walk-in shower. The second primary suite features a king bed and separate sitting area with table and two chairs, TV, and private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. One guest suite features a king bed, TV and full bath with walk-in shower, and the other guest suite features two sets of bunk beds (Twin mattresses), TV and a full bath with a shower/tub combination.

There is no shortage of amenities at 18 South Beach Lane to make your vacation the most relaxing it can be! The home offers free Wifi throughout and cable TV channels on each of the 6 TVs. There is plenty of driveway parking for 4 vehicles, as well as a 2-car garage for your vehicles, bikes, beach equipment and golf clubs. The pool and spa are the highlight of the outdoor areas and the pool can be heated for an additional cost. The pool deck includes a built-in gas grill (gas is provided), outdoor table, chairs and lounge chairs, and there is also a furnished and covered patio with ping pong table and mounted flat screen TV if you need a break from the sun but want to keep an eye on the pool! The beach is only a short walk from this home (3 minutes) and includes the most beautiful stretch of Hilton Head Island beach along the Atlantic Ocean.

The location on South Beach Lane is also convenient to the South Beach Marina where you can enjoy the Salty Dog Cafe, shopping, dining, seasonal entertainment, watersports, beautiful scenery and the Sea Pines Trolley station (in season).

We just had a wonderful time at 18 South Beach Lane . What beautiful home, pool and a spa that was absolutely invigorating! The home offered great separation between two master suits and stunning kitchen with great room that needs to be seen . The location is perfect on a quiet street just short walk ocean . We had great time walking and biking the beach and neighborhood . And as always many thanks to the Destination Vacation staff for helping make another memorable stress free Sea Pines vacation .

18 South Beach Lane was amazing. Great accommodations and the location was perfect so close to the beach. Destination Vacation made the whole process from booking thru rebooking simple. Service was exemplary. Special thanks to Brian for quickly solving the pool/spa heat issue. We can’t wait to come back next year!
